Venus Retrograde in Gemini 2020 and Summer 2020
This is it, this is the retrograde astrologers have been warning us about!! Hold on to your hats and let the toxic relationships and stale ways of relating go!
Venus only retrogrades every 18 months so a Venus retrograde is always kind of a big deal. But several factors make this particular retrograde even more significant (of course, because 2020 is intense):
• Venus conjuncts Juno which has been in retrograde since February 8th.
• Retrograding in Gemini places Venus “out of bounds”.
• Mercury is going to join in on the fun and begin its retrograde period from June 18th to July 12th; but if we take into account the two shadow periods, Mercury Rx will essentially coincide with the Venus/Juno Retrogrades and begin as early as June 4th.
• Mercury Retrograde will be 10 weeks long, June 4th - June 18th being the pre-shadow period; July 19th - August 2nd being the post-shadow period.
• Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius - June 5th 2020
• Solar Eclipse in Cancer - June 21st 2020
• The second conjunction of Jupiter and Pluto, June 30th 2020 – (marking the first two months, three and a half weeks of extreme transformation)
If you are
• Taurus Rising, Gemini Rising or Libra Rising
or have
• Venus in Taurus, Gemini or Libra
...this is going to affect you BIG TIME.
A special note to Gemini:
Venus only retrogrades in Gemini every 8 years; so, for those with Gemini placements, it's more significant. In addition, the Nodes will move into Gemini (North or True Node) and Sagittarius (South or Mean Node) in May 2020, so, all Gemini and Sagittarius placements will be heavily affected by this nodal transit for about the next year and a half.
Other than THAT, this Venus Retrograde will most affect Taurus, Libra, and to a lesser degree Scorpio, Aries, and Sagittarius.
Leo and Aquarius placements are already being heavily affected by the Saturn in Aquarius transit, which is currently happening.
Venus rules Taurus and Libra, and is known as the planet of love and beauty, but is more so the planet of partnerships (marriage or business or any kind of partnership) contracts, law, equitable balance, manners, charm, and social graces. (Romance actually belongs more to the Sun and Leo.)
Although Venus is going to begin her retrograde from May 13th until June 25th, the pre-shadow period of Venus Retrograde begins from April 9th to May 11th; with the post-shadow period beginning from July 2nd to July 29th.
With shadow periods included, the Venus retrograde in Gemini can really be considered to be April 9th to July 29th, giving us altogether three months and three weeks to work with these relationship, harmony and balancing energies.
♡ We are NOT going to start any new relationships or even DATE anyone new!
♡ We are not going to take back our exes! Not immediately, anyway; trust your intuition. There could be some exes that you genuinely want to work things out with, who could come back into the picture at this time. Proceed with CAUTION and SLOWLY until Venus is fully out of her shadow! (The exes really do come out of the woodwork during a Venus retrograde. You've been warned.)
♡ WE DO NOT PLAN ANY WEDDINGS DURING VENUS RETROGRADE! I’m serious! Venus and Juno are going to cause so much havoc, so whatever plans or dates have been made need to be rescheduled. I'm serious. (Wait until September, when Juno is well out of her retrograde.)
♡ We remember that a retrograde is happening to help us PAUSE, REFLECT, REASSESS AND REVIEW.
♡ We prepare for arguments to arise! This is worse that the last Mercury Retrograde when all of that energy was in Aries. Venus is “out of bounds” so expect for communication to be chaotic and emotional.
♡ We prepare for all relationships, (regardless of your marital status) partnerships, contracts, and commitments to be under serious review. Whatever has to be ended around this time, will, and there is no stopping the inevitable. It will hurt, but consider it a huge blessing in disguise.
♡ We understand that reconciliations could happen during this time. But we make sure that this is something that has been divinely orchestrated. What is meant for you, won’t pass you by, so be patient.
❤
-virgo moons can be loud and outgoing, but will always keep a part of themselves hidden
-somebody who has any scorpio/aries/taurus energy tends to be okay with making themselves uncomfortable
-people sometimes think too highly of or are intimidated by people with multiple capricorn placements
-capricorn 4th house can signify a loss of childhood or lots of responsibility
-taurus moons really enjoy spending their money
-people with positive moon or venus aspects have the biggest heart and so much capacity to care about others
-aquarius placements can be the biggest hypocrites
-those with earth energy can be quick to cut people off if they threaten their sense of security
-your mercury and/or jupiter aspects reveal your sense of humor
-people who have more jupiter energy are lucky or usually rely too much on luck
-libra/virgo moons seem to stress over the silliest things, but they really just want everything to be the best it can be
-people with 12 house stelliums can have a 'dead inside' kind of vibe
i like this post so sharing it
Mars in Aries: athletic body, fast, brusque movements, aggressive, determined walk, physical strength, turns red when angry, angular movements, angular eyebrows, some “masculine ” features even in women (like square jaw, prominent muscles etc.). Maybe red hair even?? A voice that stands out?
Mars in Taurus: curves, sturdy, well-built body, thick or strong neck, curly hair, “Taurean” features and appearance, slow, deliberate, sensuous, sinuous movements and walk, very strong when provoked, but generally slower reflexes, tendency to gain weight, soft, deep or sensuous voice.
Mars in Gemini: Mercurial, fast, youthful looks and movements, fast walk, youthful appearance, talks with the hands, dexterity, good mimics of the face, slim, teenage-like, talks fast, more ethereal, youthful voice.
Mars in Cancer: curvaceous, lack of muscles, white soft skin, nice breasts or nice pectorals, round and fluffy even if not fat, round face, a zig-zag walk Celestica described, maybe?? , soft touch, blushing easily, sensitive skin, soft, whisper-like, sweet or shy voice.
Mars in Leo: the mane, tall or proud looking, straight, long back, “arrogant”, big nose, tendency to gain weight, large, regal hand gestures, deep or “feline” voice (especially in women), sinuous feline walk, with large steps.
Mars in Virgo: beautiful, virgin like, youthful and mercurial appearance. I know a few men with Mars in Virgo, it gives the typical Virgo eyes, very bright and somehow gentle, innocent. Slim, intellectual body types. Mercurial walk (fast and somehow jumpy). A sensitive tummy. Dexterity of hands, talk with their hands. However, being an Earth Mars, a more sensual look than Gemini, something earthy. Feminine features even in men.
Mars in Libra: gracious, ethereal, slim and sinuous in movements and appearance. Maybe tendency for long, wavy hair. Generally wavy movements. Elegant voice, hands, movements and walk. A general look of elegance. Seductive voice. Taller than usual or might appear taller than in reality, an impression of height. Good dancers.
Mars in Scorpio: “dark”, Plutonian eyes and features, darker skin or hair or a “dark” impression even if blonde. Interesting remarks about the voice by Rick Grayson. Strange, “witchy” or bedroom like voice (this could go for Taurus too). Various body types, I think, but could walk into a room without being heard, the ability to walk silently. Seductive appearance in either body or face, definitely Scorpionic eyes or gaze.
Mars in Sagittarius: shorter legs, longer upper torso (Centaurus), athletic or strong body even if overweight ( a tendency for Jupiterian Sagittarius), loud laugh, broad smile, something “big” in their appearance: like nose, hands, feet, forehead etc. Could have a very strong voice. A faster and stronger than normal walk (the horse). Very outdoor-ish in appearance.
Mars in Capricorn: typical Saturnian features, sturdy, maybe smaller/petite women, high and broad cheekbones, serious look, no gesticulation, steady, intimate voice, earthy appearance, goat like features and definitely the mountain goat walk (fast, tip-toed). Sensitive skin.
Mars in Aquarius: something unusual in face or body, at least one striking feature (colored eyes, unusual nose, forehead, hands etc.), ethereal, scattered, abrupt walk or movements, could be of any body type. Maybe very tall?
Mars in Pisces: good dancers, dreamy eyes, beautiful feet and legs, watery movements and walk, soft voice with feminine inflexions even in men, luminous skin.
Does it fit with your Mars?
Thank for your time reading this 😊.
May all your wishes come true with good health and prosperity.ameen

Hi my dearest Diana! I'm so amazed at how you read a card differently each time! With other readers it's like every card just has one or two keywords but you have a very rich knowledge. I know time and natural talent play in it but any tips for an intermediate reader like me?
