hey love! i’ve read a few posts saying that in a natal chart, if chiron is in retrograde, it can symbolize a person who used to be a witch in their past lives. would you mind further elaborating on this as for why could this be true? i know that chiron can symboliz past lives but i’m having a hard time interpreting it in retrograde and how it would be associated with witchcraft. thank you in advance! i hope you’re well and you had to time to rest and recharge.

Well, Chiron Retrograde related to witches... I don’t think so. That would fit more to Pluto Retrograde, to be honest. Chiron Retrograde gives me vibes of being like a shaman, healer or psychologist.

Retrograde planets, at least for me, are gifts and when Chiron is retrograde, I get the vibes of a person with a natural ability to help people undergo difficult situations. They may be really wise and helpful.

My Astrology Observations, 2.🧞‍♀️

- Mercury moons (gem & virgo) tend to have a lot of anxiety or tend to overanalyze or think everything, they need constant stimulation. They tend to get along quite well. 

- Pisces risings can tend to attract a lot of people who want to just dump all their problems on them, or vent to them. 

- I do not believe that the moon sign can influence your relationship with your mother, however scorpio moons tend to hold a lot of issues with motherly figures. 

- Lilith in the fifth house makes one very comfortable with sex and talking about sexual things

- Capricorn risings are very critical over their appearance and they tend to care about looking good at an old age, it is good for them because they age like fine wine. They may even have an obsession with looking good and being immortal lol. 

- Sagittarius moons are huge procrastinators. more than the suns. 

- Taurus mercuries love to cook lmao 

- Pisces moon are hella intelligent with their manipulation however people can underestimate them, as they can come across as naive or innocent when in reality they are very decisive. They can use this to their advantage as well. 

- If you have a fire mars (especially Aries and Sagittarius)  with heavy earth placements in your chart, your anger may be very much so repressed but you guys may have very significant anger issues. 

- Sagittarius prioritize family much more than people think they do, they can be rebellious against their family however deep down they care and would put them first. 

-  it is very hard for a scorpio Venus or moon to let go of their crush or someone they love. They provide sooooo much. I would personally love to date one.

- Manipulation does not need to be like centered to a specific placement or aspect, typically all signs are capable of being very manipulative ive just noticed that water signs are much better at doing so.

Astrology Observations - Moon edition

These are based on my personal observations.

1) Any sun sign when paired with a capricorn moon makes a very grounded individual due to the influence of saturn. Moon in capricorn tends to ground even fiery placements such as aries sun or a leo sun. 

2) People tend to embody a lot of their moon characteristics in their appearance, e.g. an aries moon will end to have wolf like features.

3) Forget Aquarius and Capricorn moons, ever seen a virgo moon? These people are the real definition of “ I’m sad and I don’t care about it”. They feel emotions really deeply but will never break down or show it.

4) Pisces moon are the most complicated ones and they are really hard to understand due to the influence of Neptune. Being a mutable sign, before you could get their mood they would have already changed it. They are the easiest moon sign to find lol. If you feel like you can’t understand someone’s emotions at all then they will be most likely be a pisces moon.

5) People who have their moon signs as your rising or their moon falls in your 1st house have a huge impact on your moods. When they are down you can feel it and this placement makes the rising individual very anxious around the moon person.

🌻Moon in the 5th tend to be super gifted artistically. They tend to be very shy and self conscious about what they make, but it’s usually very cool. They usually start developing their talent at a young age and keep building on it over time. Also, since the 5th house rules children, it could mean they’ll have a very soft spoken/sensitive child (or cancer dominant one).

🌻Retrograde Neptune or Neptune in the 12th tend to have very vivid dreams. This sometimes also applies to people with Neptune-Moon aspects, but not always. 

🌻Speaking of dreams, I’ve heard Pluto in the 12th individuals have a lot of Nightmares. I have a couple family members with this placement and while I partially agree with that, I’ve also noticed Pluto in the 12th tends to have very few dreams, or don’t remember any of them. 

🌻Saturn in the 1st/conjunct ascendant people tend to be very tall. Long facial features are common with this placement too. 

🌻I’ve noticed the sign we usually have the roughest relationships/dislike the most is the same sign as our 12th house. I’ve heard other people say it’s actually 6th or 8th, but with the majority of people I meet, It’s usually 12th.

🌻This ones a little sad, but I’ve noticed people with sun opposite moon or venus opposite mars tend to have separated/divorced parents.

🌻People with IC in Scorpio were probably considered pretty intimidating in their youth. Kids may have been scared of you for no reason. In extreme cases, Scorpio IC can show having to deal with the concept of death at a young age. Such as having a near death experience or have a family member die.

🌻This will probably make some people mad, but I have to say one more thing on Scorpio. The astrology community really needs to stop overseuxalizing Scorpio in general, BUT ESPECIALLY Venus and Mars. Now, while I do agree they can be very passionate, they usually take a very long time to let down their guard. They also tend to value intimacy/closeness in their relationships much more than anything else. While they can be kinky and all ~bad boy/girl~ like you all are describing, it’s WILDLY over exaggerated. Realistically, not many scorpio dominant or Scorpio venus/mars people fit that stereotype.

🌻Okay sorry about the rant, MOVING ON: Mars In capricorn would do really well working in some branch of the military. They tend to be pretty physically strong, and they usually respect/listen to orders and people in positions of power, but they won’t hesitate to talk trash about you if they think you are bad at your job ;) . They are also very good at commanding people and planning ahead.Also, if they are given any sort of power, they typically utilize it in a productive/positive way. 

🌻Lilith and Venus in the 11th constantly flirt with their own friends. The difference between the two is Venus in the 11th is a lot more sweet/playful when they flirt, and Lilith in the 11th will be a lot more sexual/direct about it. But the downside to this is that both of those placements don’t even realize they are flirting half the time, and tend to get confused when their friends admit to having feelings for them.

🌻Side note about Lilith in the 11th! It can also manifest in the complete opposite way and make it so somebody has a very hard time making friends/doesn’t want friends. But if the Native does want friends or already has some, they will probably flirt with them in the way I mentioned in the paragraph above.  

🌻People either seem to love or hate Sagittarius rising women. To be completely honest, Sag. rising women tend to be very attractive, and they’re usually pretty confident too. While none of that is bad, it definitely makes a lot of people jealous of them, or call them arrogant (even when they aren’t most of the time). The majority of them are also really blunt and have a crude sense of humor, which people either seem to love or hate about them. Sag. rising men are the same way, but for some reason people hate on them nowhere near as much

🌻Chiron/Mars in the 6th house/Virgo tend to have a huge fear of judgement, and they also tend to be overly self deprecating. Similarly, people with the moon in the 6th/Virgo always feel like something in their life needs to be “fixed” or that there is something they need to fix about themselves. 

🌻On a lighter note, I honestly really admire people with Libra moon. Assuming their moon isn’t super harshly aspected (and if they don’t have a super strong/angry mars), they tend to be very good at staying calm in stressful situations. They also tend to have great coping mechanisms for when they get upset/overwhelmed. I’ve gotten close to a couple and they are some of the most emotionally stable people I’ve ever met.

🌻Harsh planets (like Pluto, Mars and Saturn) in either the 4th house/Cancer probably get nauseous or have stomach issues when they get nervous.

🌻Capricorn dominant/Capricorn IC children are scarily clever and calculating…every one of them I’ve met is wise beyond their years or acts like an “old soul”. They also tend to be pretty well mannered tbh, and adults typically like them.   

🌻Gemini risings are usually pretty short/skinny, and if they have any older siblings they tend to look very similar to them. They typically make friends very easily as well. 

🌻Rant #2 of this post: Why do air moons always get described as emotionless/robotic? As somebody with an air moon (with mostly air moon friends) this couldn’t be further from the truth. While it’s true we definitely try to diminish or run away from our feelings, we still feel things just as frequently and often as everyone else. I swear, some members of the astrology community think it’s impossible to have any emotional depth unless you’re a water moon (no hate to water moons tho, they’re cool n’ all).

🌻Pluto aspecting personal planets (especially harsher aspects) or having multiple planets in either the 8th/2nd house can make somebody more prone to obsessing over things/make it hard for somebody to let things go. 

🌻Jupiter/Venus/Lilith in the 7th are usually very charming. It’s also not uncommon for them to have multiple people crushing on them at the same time. 

🌻12th house planets are difficult. They aren’t bad, but they usually are a bit of a pain. The reason why is that the 12th house represents things that are hidden. So any planets in the 12th house represents a part of your personality that you probably have a hard time expressing. For example, Venus in the 12th Natives usually have a hard time expressing their romantic feelings. Mars in the 12th probably have a very hard time expressing their anger, and have a hard time standing up for themselves.

My friend and I both have very harsh aspects to our Pisces Mars and her and I both dislike feet…very much. 

🔮While I’m talking about Mars, I guess I’ll bring this up, too: Mars-Saturn or Saturn-Mars aspects are so strange. Those aspects can mean multiple things, but when in comes to sex, I’ve observed two different outcomes. Natives with harsher aspects tend to be asexual or have a low sex drive. On the other hand, more positive aspects tend to be into bondage/bdsm type things. 

🔮Mercury aspecting Lilith/Mars/Pluto curses a lot. Either that or I would assume you get into a lot of arguments.

🔮Moon or Ceres aspecting the ascendant or in the 1st house looks a lot like their mother.

🔮Speaking of moms, if you have Saturn or Mars in either the 4th house or Cancer, Chiron-Moon aspects, Moon in either the 4th or Cancer, or a harsh Ceres-Moon aspect I’m willing to bet my left kidney you have mommy issues. (It’s okay, me too. I have almost all of these.)

🔮Sagittarius IC probably either traveled or moved a lot as a kid. Were probably exposed to deep philosophical or religious topics at a young age and they probably questioned the world a lot. 

🔮Leo sun + Libra Venus or Moon make the NICEST people. Same thing with Jupiter trine/sextile/conjunct sun. 

🔮I also know this one has been said a lot but good Lord- I love Aquarius risings, but every single one I know has some kind of superiority or inferiority complex

🔮Lilith in the 9th scares me- there are some amazing human rights activists with it, but at the same time, a lot of cult leaders/people that use their religion to harm others tend to have this placement. It’s a placement with amazing potential but they also hold a lot of power to hurt others.  

🔮Mercury in the 10th /1st/Mercury Positively aspecting the midheaven/ Mercury Positively aspecting Ascendant can make somebody a great public speaker/writer. 

🔮Another thing about Mercury, people who have it aspecting Jupiter tend to be very talkative. If the aspect is harsh, the native may be more prone to coming off as arrogant or self centered when they speak. They might also have issues with “toxic positivity”. With positive aspects, it usually makes somebody easy and fun to talk to and somebody who’s usually very accepting and open to new ideas. But even if your Mercury and Jupiter are harshly aspected, there is still potential for this placement to benefit you. Remember, it’s a harsh aspect, NOT a bad aspect. 

🔮This one is a bit weird, but I’ve noticed so many people with prominent Taurus placements (sun/rising/venus/mars) tend to be ~early bloomers~, or they will have a huge growth spurts before their peers

🔮People with Mars or Jupiter in Sagittarius/Mars or Jupiter in the 9th/ are so fun to be around. They generally have a pretty upbeat attitude, and  they make good leaders. They’re also the kind of friends to constantly encourage you to keep your head up and keep pushing on when you are in a dark place. 

🔮I’ve noticed a lot of people with Uranus in the 7th, mars and/or venus in either a mutable sign and/or house tend to be attracted to the same gender at LEAST once in their life. Also, I’ve noticed a good chunk of people with Venus in Aries tend to be queer as well(at least, they are where I’m from). Not something I would have expected, but I see it happen a lot nonetheless. 🔮This isn’t really an observation, but to any new members of the astrology community, the North Node is ALWAYS in retrograde. Everyone has it. On the other hand, the sun and moon can never go into retrograde. I’ve just been seeing newbies ask questions about retrogrades a lot, so hopefully that helps some of you out.

🔮Natives with retrograde Saturn tend to be pessimistic and very blunt, but at the same time they have a very admirable work ethic and they tend to be very brave people.

🔮Whenever I look at the natal chart of two twins who are opposite genders, I notice that male always looks like the Ascendant while the female looks like the descendant. They also tend to split the chart in half. The female twin acts a lot more like the “feminine” planets in the chart, and the male will act a lot more like the “masculine” planets in the chart. They tend to share Mercury and Uranus though, since those planets are considered neuters.

🔮To be honest, I used to be VERY jealous of people who had their IC in Leo (mine is in Aquarius). Venus Retrograde in Gemini 2020 and Summer 2020

This is it, this is the retrograde astrologers have been warning us about!! Hold on to your hats and let the toxic relationships and stale ways of relating go!

Venus only retrogrades every 18 months so a Venus retrograde is always kind of a big deal. But several factors make this particular retrograde even more significant (of course, because 2020 is intense):

• Venus conjuncts Juno which has been in retrograde since February 8th.

• Retrograding in Gemini places Venus “out of bounds”.

• Mercury is going to join in on the fun and begin its retrograde period from June 18th to July 12th; but if we take into account the two shadow periods, Mercury Rx will essentially coincide with the Venus/Juno Retrogrades and begin as early as June 4th.

• Mercury Retrograde will be 10 weeks long, June 4th - June 18th being the pre-shadow period; July 19th - August 2nd being the post-shadow period.
