It's okay to not want to be in this reality. It's okay to permashift. It's okay to respawn. It's okay to have a dr that's not morally okay to others. It's okay to be madly in love with a âfictional characterâ and shift for them. It's okay to script anything, or not script at all. It's okay to script people out of your dr. It's okay to go off canon. It's okay to use shifting as a coping mechanism. It's okay to not feel motivated to shift. Iits okay to hate your cr. It's okay to doubt. It's okay to feel homesick even when you haven't shifted yet. It's okay to have a s/o. It's okay to not have a s/o. It's okay to only want to shift and then come back. It's okay to have a popular dr. hii i wanna shift badly tonight, any tips?
I woke up in the void state yesterday. I didnât do anything special. I had work the day before and work the morning after. I was tired and not in a âperfectâ mindset, and I didnât drink enough water nor eat the most ideal foods. I didnât have any magical signs or revelations, I just decided Iâd do it and went to bed with that intention.
Still did it :)
Method:
I laid down (on my back as, personally, I get my best results when I do that) and just started breathing deeply. I told my subconscious loudly and clearly in my head that I intended to shift, and instantly felt symptoms. I kept breathing slow and deep while keeping my focus on the area around my third eye with my eyes closed if that makes sense? Just staring into the darkness of my eyes and breathing, only affirming when I felt myself starting to drift into sleep in order to keep my brain awake while my body fell asleep.
At one point I reached the hypnogogic state of sleep (aka when you start visualizing and dreaming) while my brain was awake, and the next thing I knew I couldnât feel my body and I felt myself existing as pure consciousness. It was that easy. I donât even know how long it took, but I moved around and adjusted while getting into the state and I still did it.
And just before anyone goes âoh well I canât itâs not easy for me,â YES YOU CAN <3 it has taken me well over 3 years to enter the void state. It was taken me well over 3 years to mini-shift/lucid dream the way I have recently. It has taken me 3 years, countless methods, and lots of stress but guess what?
I still did it, and so can you âĄ
