I present unto thee this persistent thought:

Husk does little things for the Hotel's residents. Aside from Alastor, the others rarely notice his little acts of kindness.

(This may end up becoming a series of asks, with things different characters do for the others. idk)

For Angel, he leaves medicinal salves with his things. Angel always wonders when he bought them, but can't deny their effectiveness. It never quite crosses his mind that someone might be gifting them to him.

For Niffty, he buys new brooms and dusters. If she knows they're from him, or that they'd been replaced at all, she never brings it up.

For Charlie, he keeps papers and pens stocked at the bar for when she has an idea that needs to be written down. He's not sure if she realizes that bars don't typically carry this much paper for general use, but neither of them ever mention it.

For Vaggie, he takes her side whenever Charlie gets too stubborn. They all love the Princess (even Alastor, though he'd never admit it), but she does have the concerning habit of not listening to other people once she's got her mind set. Vaggie needs all the help she can get with that one. She's probably noticed that Husk is quicker to take her side than Charlie's, but aside from some appreciative glances and the occasional gift card left at the bar with Husk's name on it, it's not mentioned.

For Lucifer, he keeps a current events board in an obvious location. Lucifer has a poor memory with anything that anyone does that doesn't pertain to himself, Charlie, Vaggie, the Sins, the Ars Goetia, or Alastor. He needed Alastor's assistance to put the board up, since in order to make it Niffty-proof it needed to be embedded in the wall, but Husk maintains the board diligently on his own. It's the only way that Lucifer doesn't accidentally end up out of the loop. Though annoyed at some of what he reads, Lucifer appreciates knowing what's going on in Hell.

Very little Husk does slips by Alastor, and he would be relentlessly teased if his master caught him being kind to him (not that Husk would often). There are, however, some things that Husk does for Alastor that go unmentioned, but not unnoticed. Husk will bring Alastor ingredients for cooking and be rewarded with a happy twitch of the ears (even Husk finds that adorable, which is saying something because this is HUSK talking about ALASTOR). When Alastor has a wound that he cannot reach himself, Husk will treat it for him and Alastor will hold off on some of his more degrading comments for a week or two.

And of course, for all of them, he's willing to lend an ear. Husk is, after all, a bartender.
