L drugging Light until he’s dazed and groggy and can’t think straight, pulling him onto his lap and gently petting his hair as Light’s clouded-over glossy eyes look up at him and he struggles to say something through incoherently slurred mumbles that sounds suspiciously like L’s name and a plea. L cupping Light’s cheeks and pulling him closer, letting him flail for purchase until his hands come to clutch lightly at L’s sides like an unbalanced child, telling him he’s so sweet and good for him when he isn’t overusing his pretty little head. Light blinking up at him with wide, dull doe eyes, trying to comprehend what he’s saying, all his extraordinary brilliance and pride vanished under the constraints of a very ordinary body that reacts just like anyone else’s to being sedated. L doesn’t prefer him like this, truthfully, all docile and tame, but it’s worth it to pretend as such for a little when he’s recording everything and knows the real Light is going to gag at how helpless and dumb he looks and how he just gave L the reactions he wanted while being unaware of it.

god. god i fucking love this. i love this an absurd amount. i think L should roofie light and fuck him like that, dazed and empty and beautiful because light yagami is so much prettier when his evil mouth isn't moving on its own anymore. glossy eyed light yagami!! glossy eyed light yagami slurring his words and feeling unsafe and being soothed because that's ryuzaki holding him, right? that's ryuzaki? and ryuzaki is not a good guy, not by any stretch of the phrase--he'll kill him one day, they'll kill each other--but he's holding him and he has gentle hands. so when L fucks him like that he feels nothing but the floaty, distant sensation of being taken, all objection and fear washed away by the drugs,,,,,FUCK yes. anon the imagery in your ask is so raw and gorgeous i'm literally just. sitting here basking in the image. light yagami rendered a gorgeous and immaterial doll.

I need you to elaborate on a Light-getting-drugged scenario bc my brain is perking up it's little ears up about it but there's nothing solid enough to feed it and I'm suffering

all you had to do was ask, your wish is my command!

so as far as I see it, there's too options; roofying or aphrodisciacs. lets start with the former.

it's typical at this point for L to share food and drinks with light, so light doesn't think twice when a small cookie is pushed into his mouth. but then he starts to feel... tired. weak. his mind is foggy. he barely can register L chuckling and telling the task force that it looks like someone's been working much too hard today. he dimly remembers being carried to the bedroom, his head lolling against L's chest. L thinks that light is at his most agreeable like this; barely conscious and pliant to any whim he has. he fucks him to sleep while light struggles desperately to keep his eyes open and can't quite figure out how to string words together, and he plays completely innocent the next morning when light asks him why he's so sore and where all of these bruises came from.

alright now onto aphrodisiacs! I have always had a strong liking for any sort of completely overwhelming sexual illness; whether that take the form of sex pollen, aphrodisiacs, or heats I'm really not picky. however, aphrodisiacs can be fun, because they can be planted. again, light wouldn't think twice when L feeds him a treat of some sort, only noticing a change when his brain starts getting hazy and he feels hot all over. L comments that light-kun is burning up, is he coming down with something? he'll just take light-kun to their room, watari will bring some soup. once L gets him to bed, I think he still would keep up the act of just believing that light is sick. of course, as soon as light figures it out, he would be furious, which wouldn't be very effective seeing as all L has to do is lightly touch within a two foot radius of his dick and light is immediately liquid in his hands. cue heated and rough marathon sex, and a very angry light the next morning.

what are your top 3 or 5 favorite naruto x sasuke fanfics? i'd love to get some recommendations!! i've been looking for something new to read but i feel like i always end up re-reading kizuna hikari lol

Rereading Kizuna Hikari is actually the realest thing I've ever heard. Matter of fact, I'm rereading it right now. For the twentieth time. So I totally get it.

Now, I'll be honest that in terms of characterization, no fics do it like the kizunaverse. None. At the very least, I haven't read a single one with such a staggeringly good grasp on every single character, it's insane.

I'd accuse @sasubaeuchithot of secretly being Kishimoto, but I fear that even he wouldn't be as consistently flawless in sasuke and naruto's portrayal, considering how botched the ending and sequel were. (top kh glazer check)

But enough. Let's see.

Every single fic by @kinomiakai is a certified banger. I find their characterization magnificent as well, their modern AUs are unparalleleddddd.

The way they write Sasuke and Naruto is totally believable, even though they obviously aren't 100% in character, which is normal; characters will always be different in AUs, they have lived considerably different lives.

Their only fic that I haven't read is a current WIP, "Two is a Crowd", which is canon-divergent.

Personally waiting for it to be completed, because I've started wayyy too many WIPs and my heart won't take another one.

"Heaven is a place on earth with you" by zephyrous (amorphia) was a lovely two-shot from Sakura's POV, watching sns through the years. I'm personally a sucker for such fics and I remember this one hit the spot.

Check out "i like his eyes", "i hope the encore lasts forever" and "here's to us (here's to love)" by moviekidd826, they were beyond lovely!

"The sun is too bright, it hurts." by waywardfacegarden, can't recommend it enough, I was obsessed when I first read it. I'm a sucker for fics like that.

Lastly, "Lost and Found" by MadeNew is a fic I had read in one sitting. Check out some of their other fics as well, they have quite a few!

I haven't read sns in quite some time, even though they occupy at least 20% of my brain, so I'm probably not the best person to ask for recommendations.

These are only a few of the fics I've bookmarked, but it's been so long since I've read most of them! I remember loving these fics endlessly, which I can't so safely say for my other sns bookmarks.

A lot of rereads are due, I suppose!
