In the Toon Genre, it's socially acceptable to start singing without warning. Many would even join in and they'd go about their days afterwards since it's just that normal to them. Though, there's a few rules regarding this like no musicals during working hours or on the road (since it could be dangerous if the driver/road crosser got distracted), etc.

Not all Toons like musicals - some social circles don't even do them entirely - but it's widely accepted by most of their society.

Not just Zoro's insane devotion to Luffy, but also Luffy's insane trust in Zoro. Some villain will be like "we've killed all your friends >:)" and Luffy will immediately go "that's literally impossible, Zoro's there"

I have a question about the artbook and the new spites. Will they be included since the art style for the characters is changing or will it be released with the original sprites?

Yes! One of the reasons why the artbook is going to take a bit longer than the rest of the merch is because it includes all the art from the extended demo's prologue. That means the new sprites and their concept art, the new backgrounds... :^)
