How can I find the energy to practice when I’m dealing with bad depression? I feel like I can’t do anything.

My best advice for you is don’t force it. Don’t have any energy/will to practice? Don’t practice. I’ve taken very long hiatuses to deal with depression. I just took one that was a good part of the year, I’m still getting back in the flow of my craft.  

Try to do some little witchy things to keep you going until you’re ready to practice again.

Make tea or coffee (x)

Keep crystals around, put ‘em under your pillow, in your pockets, etc.

Whenever you find the energy to clean yourself (brush your teeth/hair, use a washcloth, take a bath/shower), do it with the intention of both cleansing and cleansing.

Listen to music that makes you feel powerful/witchy

Use color correspondences (x)

Burn incense/candles if you’re able to do so safely

Doodle sigils on paper/your arms

Open a window at night and breathe in the fresh air

Watch witchy movies

Anything else you can think of :)
