Greetings Trainees!
I’m excited to begin our second season of Undie Training together. I hope you also share my enthusiasm. This season, I’m planning on improving upon season 1 but keeping the foundational elements the same. So we will still be guided by our three foci: Physical Fitness, Personal Wellness and Undie Appreciation.
For those of you who are new this season and a refresher for those returning, each week a new Blueprint is posted (follow @undie-trainer and follow the hashtag “#ut blueprint” to find the latest blueprint in your tumblr feed). Each Blueprint provides at least 3 missions to complete that week; one in each focus area. Blueprints are designed to be readable in 5mins, but are typically quite information heavy. Thus, it is advisable to refer back to the Blueprint often throughout the week, or reblog the Blueprint for easy reference. While I highly encourage the Trainees complete all portions of Blueprints, Trainees may decide to follow 1, 2, or all 3 foci depending on personal choice, preference, interest and/or situation.
This season the documentation section of past Blueprints is going away. Instead, trainees should document their personal progress in a tumblr blog, either their main page or a separate journal blog. Blueprints will suggest what information to document. All posts related to Undie Training should be tagged with “#undie training” for simple retrieval and reference in the future. It is also appreciated to send @undie-trainer the post via direct message, this helps to craft upcoming training to the current needs of the Brotherhood. I’ll also be periodically highlighting trainees who are showing great dedication. Submissions are still welcome and appreciated via the Undie Training submissions link at the top of the blog.
For your convenience, I will be developing a season 2 training post index. The index will be powered by hashtags. The hashtags in a post will tell you all or some of the following information: the date of the post, Blueprint name, foci, topic, muscle zone, undies style, and/or type of post. All posts will include “#undie training” and “#ut2”.
In season 1, I introduced the idea of an Undie Training Brotherhood. This season I would like to see the Brotherhood grow both in numbers as well as fellowship. So I will be introducing the option to sign up for an Undie Training Brotherhood Training Bud (UTBTB or Bud for short). Those interested in being and being assigned a Bud will be matched up, message me of your interest. My goal will be to match up Trainees with similar interests in similar time zones so the Buds can message each other with questions, offer encouragement and provide support. More details will be forthcoming.
As members of the Undie Training program, I am trusting each of you to try your hardest. Some days will be better than others, but training consistently even on bad or busy days is important. I am also asking that Undie Training Trainees reblog, like and/or comment on Undie Training posts. This is the number one way we will increase the size of our Brotherhood. So please remember to reblog and tag Undie Training related posts with “#undie training”.
To prepare for the opening of season 2 on Thursday, I’ll be posting information the next few days. Here is that schedule:

This upcoming season holds great promise for all of us. Together we will better ourselves as we train each day. A habit takes 21days to form, but a lifestyle change takes a minimum of 90day. So don’t give up, stick with it…you’ll thank yourself.
