“What’s happened to me?”

When you started lifting those weights, and working out, nothing much seemed to happen. Sure, you felt better afterwards, but no new muscles seemed to be forming. You started to wonder what the point was. But you stayed with it because your friends told you to, or because I told you to. 

And now you’ve reached “discovery day.” 

You catch a glimpse of yourself in the bathroom mirror as you step into the shower, and it’s a little bit of a shock. Now you’re obviously more fit than you were when you started. WTF? When you think about it, you realize you’ve become much more into sports as well. 

Later that day, you look at some of the things you wrote before beginning your quest, and it’s clear that your writing style is a lot different now. But the real eye-opener comes when you take a selfie and compare it with a photo of you from the Time Before. You present yourself differently now; your confidence shines through even in a still photo. What’s happened to you? 

You’re one of us now, bro. Welcome.
