My therapist just told me my problem is that I need to write more fanfiction.

This is in no way an original thought probably. But. I think Joshua graham could be a ghoul. Ghoulification scars look. Very similar to burn scars. And he’s stated outright that chems don’t help with healing his scars or lessening the pain, which would make a lot more sense if they aren’t caused by normal burns.
