Egyszerűen nem megy. Ma nem megy. Nem tudok koncentrálni semmire. Megölnek a gondolataim. Bármibe belekezdek újra és újra ugyanott kötök ki fejben és mintha képszakadás lenne, hirtelen nem tudom merre vagyok és mit csinálok. Hírtelen elkap a sírás, a remegés, kiráz a hideg és lefagyok, nem bírok mozdulni, nem bírok levegőt venni.. én csak egyszerűen nem akarok gondolkodni, nem akarok emlékezni, mert csak megölnek a gondolataim. Úgy érzem megfulladok.
