Been to the doctors this morning just to check in with my GP and already feeling completely done with today. I’ve put no effort into my appearance for the first time in so so long and I’m sorta hating myself for being this low in mood purely because I feel like I’m getting nowhere. Hopefully things will pick up soon, but in the meantime I’m living in my hoody and leggings.
