1. Research the substance and know what you’re getting yourself into.
2. Source carefully.
3. Test the substance for purity.
4. Carefully consider your dose. You can always take more, but you can’t take less.
5. Weigh your dose, using a high-quality scale.
6. Perform an allergy test.
7. Consider your mental and physical health. Don’t take anything if either is sub-par.
8. Plan experience parameters to prevent rash decisions by restricting dose availability, creating a safe environment, and having food and water available.
9. Write down what you’re taking, how much, and at what time, and pin this to a prominent location on your body. Keep contact numbers for emergency services at hand.
10. Give your body and mind plenty of time to recover before using again.

WTF!
I had to.
IT IS VERY REAL!! ALWAYS BE AWARE.
Don’t take them off when you immediately see it. Wait until you get to a different destination bc they’re trying to distract you by getting it off then abducting you. Same thing goes if you find something on your windshield, it’s a distraction so they have time to get you.
