Hold the seed in your hands. Envision the seed of love for this person rooting in your, or someone else’s heart. Bury it.

Take your salt. Envision this salt as your power and your will. Sprinkle it over your soil. As the salt joins into the dirt, imagine the seed stunting, and the soil becoming salty and infertile. The seed will not sprout. Nothing will bloom. This love will not develop, it will not grow.
