hey guys how are we feeling about a multi-parter (hee hee hee hee hee hee hee @tr1ental1s-boreal1s hee hee hee hee hee hee hee)
What it looks like: I've abandoned my fic
What's actually happening: It consumes my thoughts every single day. The urge to write gets stronger but my putty brain just. won't. let. it. happen.
i disappear for how long and come back to a shit show ??? y'all.
So, for a starflower life update: my father dies, i fall into a very bad mental state, take a break to get myself out of said mental state, fall out of my mcyt hyper-fixation, and come back to this blog to find the fandom in literal shambles.
Anyways, for multiple reasons (see: above) i'm gonna be completely remodeling this account and deleting all my previous works. I might continue writing, I might not, it really depends on some personal shit I need to figure out.
I'm still kind of on break right now, but i'm mostly just gonna revamp this blog into just a main/general writing blog I think. For now, I leave again— have a nice new year, y'all <3
Just in case anyone was wondering. Trademarking fan-made characters and giving credit to the fan creators when it comes to fanfic, is only necessary when you are writing within that can creators AU.
Siren from bonesandthebees’s Clinic series, is a really good example of this. If you want to write within the clinic series, it is a helpful resource for your readers who may be unfamiliar with clinic, if you were to tag the OG creator of that niche Au, with tons of worldbuilding already established in the content. You wouldn’t tag bonesandthebees for creating an superhero/supervillians sbi au, that au is so vast and versatile. You could thank them for inspiration if that occurred, but still.
Like hypothetically: if someone wrote a witchbur fic, that didn’t focus on my own preestablished AU— like it was simply mashing the two items together, Wilbur and the concept of engaging in witchcraft—that’s not something you need to credit me for. You can thank me for the idea, if that was how you came to that idea, but it’s not necessary.
So. TLDR? If you are writing for someone else’s au—give credit to the author. If its just based of the vague concept of the Au? Not necessary.
:0 its me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i’ve never actually seen @tr1ental1s-boreal1s but in my head this is them
Hello, and welcome to my silly little tumblr blog. I'm star, and I'll be your guide. This blog is mostly going to be for writing and my own brainrot about whatever my current hyper-fixation is at the moment.
first things first:
I use any and all pronouns, please refer to me however you like. the more creative, the better.
blank blogs dni, it is really not that hard to set up a blog to make sure you aren't mistaken for a bot.
current hyper-fixations include: genshin, hsr, hermitcraft, and all the sorts.
I might write, I might not. we'll see how it goes.
Asks are currently OPEN!
don't be fuckin' mean or weird or anything of the sort, this is a writing blog meant for fun.
That'll be it for now!! Have fun scrolling :]
you can’t believe what you think about yourself after sundown and you can’t believe what you think about yourself on your period and you can’t believe what you think about yourself when you’re hungry and you can’t believe what you think about yourself when you’re tired, the only time you can believe what you think about yourself is the split second after you’ve made someone laugh but only if it’s something other than “i should be a standup comedian”
any pronouns, 20, queer, your average autistic plant enjoyer
