The European Athletics Championships are here... time to discover another handsome & beefy shot-putter : the Polish 🇵🇱 Konrad Bukowiecki (he's over 140 kg!)

One pic I saw early on that I love coming back to. I got a compliment about the writing on my last post that encouraged me to write more about guys in this stage of weight gain. If it's something I do often, it'll be something I do with pictures that are considered ancient by Tumblr standards, some of that will definitely need to be improved with a crop, something that apparently no one knew how to do 10 years ago.

I've always loved how much this guy's gut is straining his jersey. I can only imagine this guy was a freshman who got an offer to play at this division III school later on in his last semester of high school. While his gut is bulging quite nicely, his face doesn't seem to be all that affected by his weight yet, his jawline seems to be softening up. I can imagine him spending the summer lifting heavy and eating as much as he possibly can, saying goodbye to his abs in exchange for the mass he would need on the field.

Straight-up enabling

Moving to college was a little more haphazard for Jake than it was for most people. As a late entrant, he was already almost a month behind everyone else and had to take a room, sharing a house with a bunch of college guys whom he had never met before. Jake could see instantly that the six other guys, all jocks, were nothing like him. With his skinny, lanky build and flair for academia, he was practically invisible to them all, which wasn’t a bad thing. All they wanted was beer, women and football, none of which were high on Jake’s priority list. He knew what it was like to be stuck with dumb jocks from his endless time in high school and he had no intention of suffering them any more than he had to; for Jake carried a secret desire he had wanted to enact for many years.

Jake didn’t know where the desire had come from. As far as he was concerned, it had always been there; a deep urge to know how it felt. He would stare for hours looking at large, hefty, big-bellied men and wonder how they did it. How could they look so fantastic when he remained so desperately skinny? That’s why Jake had known for the longest time that as soon as he was out on his own, he was going to grow his own handsome gut. Jake was going to make himself fat.
