𝜗𝜚 all you need is trust.
shifting content.
i think many people may not have been able to shift because when attempting they subconsciously start checking the physical plane. "are my surroundings changing? am i in my dr room? am i feeling any symptoms?"
this action just shows that you don't trust yourself, that you still don't believe that shifting is within you.
allow me to explain:
we have been shifting ever since we got out of our mothers' wombs. existing = shifting. the difference is that now you're aware of that, but essentially, you HAVE shifted before. countless times. shifting IS within you.
so, why is that, when attempting, your first instinct is to check your surroundings & look for symptoms? in other words, look for any sort of reassurance that you are shifting. and then panic and feel discouraged when you don't find it.
that's the problem. you have been shifting for years and years now, every decision you made was a shift. AND, whenever you made a decision, you didn't look for reassurance or proof of that decision happening, did you?
moving your consciousness to an alternative reality is the same, it's a decision. you just need to trust yourself, because you know you've done it before, so why wouldn't you be able to do it now?
when you trust yourself, you're letting your mind simply step into something that has always existed. like when your eyes blink without you questioning it. when you're walking and your legs are moving without you questioning it. you re letting it know it's a decision. you're certain of it. there's no "why?" or "how?", there's no "proof" either.
so, next time you attempt, lay down or whatever, and KNOW you are in your desired reality. just let go. let your mind fully acknowledge that you are there. trust yourself by simply knowing.
that's it. that's literally all you need.
ok goodbye go shift
There is no real limit-only the
appearance of one, a perceived boundary.
"I" think there is a limit.
I draw borders where there are none, reach conclusions
where there aren't any, and create meaning where it
doesn't belong.
I declare what I lack, what I am not, and in doing so, I
form a "reality."
l isolate wholeness, confine limitlessness, and contain
vastness.
With "me," something is formed.
Without "me," there is nothing-everything.

is this how u respond now? yet u guys in this community called ego isn't real doesn't exist it just makes us confused like how can we know the answer
The answers are within yourself (I’ve said this a million times )
How is my response to the question bad ?
This is between you and yourself only. (Leave me out of it )
Don’t depend on someone else
Don’t send questions if you haven’t read my posts
Read the posts or don’t

How do you accept nothing, for example, waking up to x body and life, you don't want experience it anymore. So you want to change x to y, how do you do it? Let me explain, I'll go within, there's silence so " ", then I wake up and I still see x, why? If I imagined y's life it should happen instead, so why not?
If it's because of misinidentification, how do you stop thinking it is you? You said we shouldn't call the ego a character or her/they/he whatever because it cause separation, which shouldn't be because it are you but then how do you stop thinking it is you?
Another ask, it is about labeling, for example I want it to be another day/hour, I'll go within but then I do knot know what to do, i am within and I start imagining it to be another hour/day yet it doesn't change, why? Or, how you strip yourself from the concepts, if I go within, how I do it? It is not like I think about the "time" I say "there's no more time!" And it stops, because the thoughts are useless and are a illusion, so they have no power. So they can't be helpful..
"If I imagine y's life it should happen instead, so why not"
There is nothing to change. " " can appear as anything it decides to appear as. It's as simple as that. Ask yourself what you've decided and accepted.
"How do you stop thinking it's you"
Well, you stop. That's it. Dive deeper within yourself, and you'll Know.
"I'll go within but then I don't know what to do"
There is nothing to do. And no doer to do it. You decide what IS every moment, no exception. THAT chooses the experience, THAT is the experience.
How difficult was it to for you to decide to send this ask? Was it a long 262728 steps process or just simply choosing to do so?
You know exactly what to do but you don’t want to and that’s sad
Stop. There is nothing to change.
"How do I become aware of x"
"I'm tired of waking up as y"
"I wanna experience z now"
Guys, seriously?
Okay, let's take it step by step. Do you see what you do when you force yourself to change something? You just establish it NOT being there.
That leads to you thinking that it's something separate you have to achieve.
That initiates another cycle of cause and effect and you mentally beating yourself, pushing yourself only to get in your own way.
You do not change x into y. You do not change this into that. It's always THAT. And when it's always THAT, then why are you trying so hard to change something? Anything?
It's always " " Experiencing " ".
It's always perfect. It's always you.
By wanting to change something, you create a separation between what is and what you perceive not being. When it's all the same. One.
Being is effortless, so just be. You don't change something. You just become what you wanna experience, you are the experience. It seriously can't get any simpler than this.
There is nothing to change. Watch it all unfold perfectly. Because it is. Because it's all you.
Give up. And just BE. (Yeah that's my favorite line)
Hey :) How are you doing? I am 🌊—anon, wanted to give my two cents, because it seems some anons don't see how they could dream up something seemingly different.
So I want to ask you, if you're powerful enough to dream up the entire reality you "reside" in right now, why couldn't you be just as powerful to dream up a different illusion? Both are from/in/because of you, why do you label one as easier than the other? Aren't both the same? Just take away all the illusionary parts of this reality (so basically strip down to the naked truth haha), question how and why this seems natural and easy. Question what is natural and easy. You have constructed this whole plot, so why wouldn't you be able to construct a seemingly different one?
(I have no idea how I missed this ask)
Helloooo 🌊anon! I've been wondering where did you go haha. How are you?
Thankyou for sharing🩵Hope you're well!
It's your choice.
If you want to limit yourself, limit yourself.
If you want to run in a circle, run.
If you want to blame everyone but yourself, blame them.
If you want to keep searching for the next decade, search.
If you want to chase your desires, chase them.
If you want to continue asking a thousand questions, ask.
If you want to add a thousands limits, add them.
If you want to be limited, be it.
If you want to stay where you are, stay.
If you want to rely on everyone but yourself, do that.
If you want to victimize yourself, do it.
If you want to keep thinking you are suffering, keep thinking that.
If you want to wait until your "aha" moment, wait.
If you want to chase enlightenment, chase.
If you want to be frustrated at bloggers for not giving you what you expect, be frustrated.
If you want to give up, give up.
If you want to believe every thought, do it.
If you want to cry all the time, cry.
If you want a manual, rules and limits about this, make them for yourself.
-> What can happen? Nothing.
-> What can improve? Nothing.
-> What will change? Nothing.

The "Screen" —
Think about it for a minute. Can you truly be something that you are aware of?
Let me elaborate.
If you look at an object of your choice, for example a cup or a bottle, you might think of the phrase
"Everything is me", so you think that you are the bottle.
But is there truly something called a "bottle" or is it just an appearance of what you have began to label a bottle?
Without the label "bottle" what is it you're looking at?
When we say "Awareness is all there is", we mean that no matter what it is that you perceive, you are not a car, you are not a bottle, you are not a house, you are not a person. You are just that indescribable, nameless awareness or being, knowingness OF the nameless perceived. Looking at any object or situation, you are that knowingness that is appearing as "something".
Let's take the screen on your phone as an example. You're looking at the screen and there's a video playing.
Are you going to say that your screen IS the video or "a video is appearing on the screen"?
-> It's the same.
It's appearing on the screen and it's made out of the screen. It IS the screen, "IT" is the "video".
It is the screen appearing as a "house" in a "video" on ITself (the screen).
If it sounds confusing, that's fine. It's impossible you put it in words but it's very simple if you investigate it yourself.
PB (ignore phrasing mistakes)
"Suppose you had all time, all eternity, and all power at your disposal. What would you do?
I believe, after a while, you’d say to yourself, “Man, get lost!”
It’s like asking another question: Suppose you were given the power to dream any dream you wanted to dream every night.
Naturally, you could dream any span of time—75 years of time in one night, 100 years in one night, or even 1,000 years in one night. And you could dream of anything you wanted. You would make up your mind before going to sleep, saying, “Tonight, I’m going to dream such-and-such.”
Well, naturally, you would start out by fulfilling all your wishes. You would experience all the pleasures you could imagine—the most marvelous meals, the most entrancing love affairs, the most romantic journeys. You could listen to music such as no mortal has ever heard and see landscapes beyond your wildest dreams.
For several nights, perhaps for a whole month of nights, you would go on that way, having a wonderful time.
But then, after a while, you’d begin to think, “Well, I’ve seen quite a bit. Let’s spice it up. Let’s have a little adventure.”
And so you would dream of yourself being threatened by all sorts of dangers. You would rescue princesses from dragons. You might engage in notable battles or play the part of a great hero.
And as time went on, you’d dare yourself to do more and more outrageous things. At some point, you’d say, “Tonight, I’m going to dream in such a way that I don’t know I’m dreaming.”
You would take the experience of the dream as if it were complete reality. And what a shock you’d feel when you woke up! You would really scare yourself.
Then, on successive nights, you might dare yourself to experience the most extraordinary things, just for the contrast you’d feel when you woke up. You could, for instance, dream yourself into situations of extreme poverty, disease, agony, or suffering. You’d push the vibration of suffering to its most intense point—then suddenly, whoop! You’d wake up and find it was, after all, nothing but a dream, and everything was perfectly okay.
And you would say, “Wow, man, that was a gas!”
Now, how do you know that’s not what you’re doing already?
Sitting here, with all your problems, your whole complicated life situation—listening to lme—it may just be the very dream you decided to get into.
If you like it, that’s great. If you don’t like it, won’t it be fun to wake up?" ~Alan Watts
