It's interesting that an LGBT person realizes that not everything caters to them. I have a problem with this because this is the first account that shows up for T'Challa, and also promotes the unnatural. At least one good thing about you is that you didn't start getting mad and hurling the f word at me when I asked you a rational question like other LGBT people do. You're asking me to calm down, but maybe YOu should calm down with your agenda. I'm very tempted to use a crowbar on your knees hearing your liberalism. If you wanna block me, you can do it.

A nice, long paragraph-

First of all, I want you to know that I’m answering your questions solely for the entertainment value now.

To start with:

I have already discussed this. You have a problem... with someone making an account on Tumblr. I have never advertised this account to anyone, only answering questions about myself, as you can see. That’s not promoting anything. I have checked, and yes, I come up first. But that’s not due to any action of mine.

Secondly:

Human rights are not a luxury. Having every single social media account agreeing with your narrow minded beliefs, on the other hand, is a luxury.

On the same note, I did not get mad at you mostly because I have better things to focus my energy on. And also because I have the privilege of being able to take homophobia lightly.

I live in Wakanda, an uncolonized country that has retained its African values of accepting and celebrating queer people alongside everyone else. So the reason I can laugh at you is because of the homophobia I have never internalized as a child. Kindly do not blame my counterparts from other countries for being triggered by your evident harassment.

The Most hilarious Part:

You’re asking me to ‘calm down with my agenda’ while I answer your questions that brought a homophobic agenda into the conversation in the first place. If I was you, I would just stop messaging me.

You have also asked me to block you while you stay anonymous. This shouldn’t be possible for Tumblr users, but if this is indeed an invitation, I have Shuri sitting right next to me. She can find out who you are in a matter of seconds.

Black Panther Headcanon!

Remember T’Chaka’s suit from the flash back scene of Black Panther?

And that sash, which he wore over his suit.

And then the Merchant tribe’s dresses

And then Ramonda’s costumes, especially this one

They all have a purple fabric and gold metallic embroidery in it, and I’m assuming that it’s a traditional style of the merchant tribe, since we see it in multiple merchant tribe costumes. Most of their clothes have something purple with gold on it.

Since the spouse of the Ruler of Wakanda would be from one of the four tribes, there is a 1/4 + 1/2 chance is that Ramonda is from the Merchant tribe. In the comics, Ramonda wasn’t from Wakanda, but in the movie, considering the costume details, she could have had a major connection.

My main headcanon is that when a Black Panther gets married, they wear a sash in honor of their spouse’s tribe along with their royal ensembles as a mark of marriage. 

Similarly, a traditional headdress is worn by their spouse as a mark of marriage and status as the Royal Consort.

Looking closer at T’Chaka’s sash, there’s a cream, black and green pattern done down the middle, which looks a lot like the colour palette of the River Tribe. (Below)

I think that could stand for the tribe of his father’s spouse, who may have come from the river tribe. In addition, I believe that T’Challa’s clean suit look with with no extra accessories would change if he happened to get married.

I don’t know if that will ever happen now in the movies, but it would have been awesome to see T’Challa and Nakia’s wedding and a ceremony where they get dressed up as a married couple for the first time.

I’m imagining T’Challa in his sash with the River Tribe’s colours (Cream, Green and minimal black), embroidered cowries and a purple/gold pattern down the middle (for his mother). And then Nakia wearing a green gown and embroidered cowries with her headdress.

Damn I really wish I had that scene and I’m sad now.

Also thinking of the music that might have been included. With drums and singing and all.

Ok so once in high school there was this guy who used to make weed candy by melting sugar and mixing it with tobacco extracts and he used to give it to random people saying his grandma made us some candy. We all used to eat it and it was only after some time that we realized we were getting high off them.

He even managed to slip some to a teacher but she didn’t really notice for a long time. People got curious and there was another boy in class who spied on her and found out that she comes to class after smoking. We got her arrested, but none of us ever told anyone about the boy’s candies.

A while back, I asked Gabby to come to my studio. Work immediately began and the beginnings of several sketches and pieces started to come together, but I didn’t want to rush the main painting so I shelved it while the usual pattern of clients interrupting personal work took over. Many paintings never get finished or see the light of day, both personal and professional, but Gabby was special. I wrote these notes back during her visit:

Her time in my studio was mostly light, filled with her bubbly energy as we cracked open some beers, exchanged embarrassing drinking stories, taking group photos as if we’d known each other for more than the actual hour we had, and her trying to convince me that she has an actual medical condition where she finds everything adorable. You’d be fooled too if you were lied to by an Oscar-nominated actress with her talent. But when I asked her, stripped of any pretension, that if I were to paint her, how she’d like to be portrayed, she said “I don’t really care about how I’m portrayed” and then she paused and continued “I guess … did you ever watch the show Community? Ya know how the school’s mascot is the human being? I mean, I don’t want to be a grey faceless spandex blob like that, but I’d like to just be a human being. Not someone’s message or idea of what I stand for because of what I look like, just a human, how you’d paint me if I were anyone else".

I was down with a bad fever today and I just watched Black Panther and that killer back and head ache just faded away.

In conclusion, Black Panther is a cure for illness.
