me scripting that orgasms are even better in my other realities
I went to sleep yesterday as usual but this time I've decided to listen to the shifting subliminals playlist Iβve put together lately because Iβve decided to listen to subliminals for shifting again.Β
In a nutshell, I went to sleep and I was dreaming initially and at some point I woke up. I often recall my dreams, especially when I am on vacation. I recall waking up in my bedroom, however, when I woke up I noticed that I wasnβt in the bedroom I fell asleep on in my OR.
Initially I was confused because I was still low key sleepy and because for some reason the chandelier on the bedside table next to me wasnβt turning on, so I used the flash of my phone, and when I opened it and looked around I was confused, this because a couple of stuff in my bedroom were different.Β
β First and foremost the chandelier next to my bed wasnβt working and I also had another chandelier on the end of the bed, in the place in which I have my laundry basket with the clothes I want to wash in this reality, instead there was another bedside table with another chandelier.
β The other thing that was different was my bookshelf, I have a bookshelf in my bedroom and the one that was in the reality I shifted to was quite different, for starters the bookshelf on my OR is white and the one on that reality was dark shade of brown and had books I don't own in this reality.
β When this happened I was confuse and though βperhaps Iβm dreamingβ so instead I decided to test it out (from time to time I notice that I am dreaming when iβm dreaming and decide to test it in order to figure out if it truly is a dream or I actually shifted, in most cases I am dreaming, however this day that was not the case), so I seated on the bed and looked at my hands and I could see and feel them vividly, I looked at the sheets of the bed and touched them, I could feel them as I feel the sheets of my bed when I am awake in this reality.
β After it got up and walked towards the window in my bedroom and opened the blinds, I looked outside and it still the middle of the night and could see the streets, it was just like the one in this reality except that the colors of the buildings were different than the oneβs in this reality, as I looked outside became sure that I had shifted to another reality parallel to my OR.Β
Even with the shock of βoh f*ck I shifted to another reality!β I was still sleepy from having just woken up and I am a little bit paranoid so I didnβt want to spend much time on a reality that I didnβt know well even though it was parallel to the reality weβre in, even though I enjoy exploring the unknown I prefer doing it with caution and knowing exactly where I am.
So I went back into bed with the intention of waking up in my OR because it seemed like the safest option, and I kid you not that in a matter of seconds I was back in this reality. It also reinforced the idea that I shifted and it wasnβt a dream, because I didnβt felt like I had wake up from a dream, it didnβt felt like waking up at all, if something it felt like turning around on the bed and ending up facing the other side of the room (i hope that this made sense, it was the best way I could find to explain it).Β
And the funniest thing was that I sat on the bed again in this reality and looked around the room, it was like I always recalled it to be like in this reality. The blinds of the window were still closed, so I got up and headed there and it was no longer the middle of the night, it was almost 10am and the sun was shining in the sky, however I know for a matter of fact that it hasnβt passed even five minutes since I had opened the window on the other reality, the sky was fully dark in the reality I accidentally shifted to, it was the middle of the night there and in this reality we are in it was morning time already.Β
Today turned out to be an interesting morning.
However, this experience was very useful to me, I haven't accidentally shifted to another reality in the middle of the night for years, the only time it happened before this was when I first got to know about shifting and years have passed ever since. I also realized that my fear of not being safe or things not going according to what I planned keeps on being one of the main obstacles on my shifting journey and something I will be working on to fix in the future.Β
However, the experience motivated me and reminded me that it is real, shifting is possible, and soon I will be in my dr with the ones I love and with everything I want and desire and so will you.
This being said. GO SHIFT. GO HOME.Β
Emotions are at the center of human beings, but emotions are not at the center of the world. At the center of the world, there is nothing.

THIS.
why do i feel like iβve gotten closer to shifting after moving to shiftblr than i ever have on shifttok?? like idk what it is, but iβve never felt so close. π
How to persist in shifting.
If you catch yourself thinking, βOh, Iβm not in my DR,β while shifting, itβs important to shift your mindset immediately. That thought keeps you anchored in your CR. Hereβs how to persist past it:
When that thought arises, donβt fight it just let it pass.
β’Instead of reacting with frustration, treat it like background noise.
β’Imagine it floating away, like a cloud or a passing car.
β’If you notice yourself thinking, βIβm not in my DR,β immediately replace it with a affirmations.
β’Even if you donβt fully believe it, keep affirming it until your subconscious accepts it.
Instead of waiting for proof that youβve shifted, act as if you already have.
β’If you wake up and think, βOh, Iβm still in my CR,β assume itβs just a temporary perception error.
β’Try touching objects, looking around, or closing your eyes and visualizing your DR.
If your body still feels like itβs in your CR (like lying in bed), ignore it.
β’Imagine that your DR body is separate from your CR body.
β’Focus on DR sensations instead, like the feeling of a different bed, air, or environment.
β’Some people experience βin-betweenβ states before fully shifting.
β’Instead of giving up, relax deeper and continue affirming that youβre already there.
No because yk what's delusional? Knowing all of the science, pouring HOURS of research or stalking people that have done the research, reading/hearing the MILLIONS of success stories, trying all these different techniques or learning about their existence, spending years, months, days thinking about it, etc and STILL thinking you can't have what you want or that it's not likely or that it's not possible or even that you specifically can't be successful or aren't deserving. Now THAT'S delusional.
it took me years of experimenting, trial and error to realize i donβt need methods, subliminals and guided meditations to shift. while i do agree that these tools can help you shift, because they do work for many people, my recent experiences have helped me understand that all you truly need to shift is yourself, nothing else. and nothing can ever change that.Β
you simply need to have an awareness, which you obviously do ahahaha. to shift, you just need to align that awareness to your desired reality. hereβs how i do it:
i decide where i want to shift to, and think about that reality for a while
i acknowledge the fact that my desired reality exists somewhere in the multiverse, and that it is possible to become aware of it
i embrace a βfuck it, whatever happens, happensβ mindset and let go. i detach from the outcome (to shift)
i become equally open to both waking up in my cr and waking up in my dr. i put neither event above the other, i am okay with either of them happening. if i shift, thatβs great. if i donβt, thatβs okay. i can always try again. i have all the time in the world to do so.Β
i decide that i will wake up in my dr and fall asleep
i wake up in my drΒ
i've noticed that each time i used this technique, i shifted successfully. its helped me with 2 intentional shifts, and several other shifts to one-off drβs and random realities in the past, so i can assure you that this works! :) this is a simple technique for overthinkers or people who donβt like methods. it helps you embrace your natural talent, and proves how easy, effortless, and natural shifting can be.Β
hereβs my 2 success stories from using this technique:
last october i was taking an afternoon nap and spontaneously decided to shift to my hogwarts golden trio era dr. i fell asleep while affirming "i am" and woke up on the train to hogwarts, exactly as i'd scripted! i was standing outside the compartment, and all my senses were present in that reality. i could hear the train horn, the sound of the people talking, i could see the interior of the train in front of me, and felt the chugging of the train beneath my feet.
this image is very similar to what i saw during that shift
2. i wanted to shift to my hogwarts legacy dr yesterday night. while falling asleep, i decided that i was going to wake up on the hogwarts express, but was also equally open to waking up in my cr. i didn't mind either outcome. i let go and fell asleep. as i woke up, something felt different. my eyes were closed but i was no longer lying down - i was sitting upright. i was no longer in a still and silent environment - i felt the chugging of the train engine beneath my feet. i quickly realized that i had in fact shifted to my hogwarts legacy dr and was on the train to hogwarts. i shifted back after a minute as i was quite dazed and disoriented, but i shifted nevertheless!
my adviceΒ
donβt try to follow someone elseβs steps. do what resonates with YOU, its your journey.Β
embrace the process and each step of your shifting journey. demotivation is normal, youβre only human, it wonβt stop you from shifting.Β
realize that you donβt need anything to shift but yourself. if guided meditations and subliminals work for you, then keep at it! but if youβre not making any progress with them, its time you rely on yourself rather than external aid to shift. the power lies within you, its always been there.Β
there's no need to put in effort while doing your methodΒ
simply thinking about your dr and deciding that you want to be there can help you shift
go with the flow, be spontaneous and have fun
stop doing things that arenβt working for you
detach from the outcome of shifting, it will happen eventually, donβt focus on it happening too much
happy shifting! π©·

Notion is a good app to use for scripting. It allows you to add photos and customise them completely. Though it can be tricky to figure out at first. I suggest looking for templates and tutorials on tiktok. Pinterest does have some cuter templates in my opinion though.

I use combyne to create outfits for my styles or even some event looks. It allows to to place a bunch of PNG's of clothes together to make the outfits and you can even post it to your profile or send them to your friends!

Spotify is really handy for all sorts of things to do with sound. I use it for subliminals and guided meditations mostly. But if you have a singer dr or a band dr it can be handy to make a playlist full of songs that you release on your dr album or it could even be the vibe of what you want your music to sound like there.

I use Twinote to simulate Twitter. This app is not at all AI, so you have to make all the profiles and tweets yourself. Twinote also isn't an online app, so you don't make mutuals or anything of the sort. It can be really good for people with fame dr's.
ππππππππππ
Motionleap is an app that allows you to move images and make them into gifs or videos. I use Motionleap to create moving power visuals. It's the app that most people use to make pictures of lakes or waterfalls flow.
π πππππ
I use Fusta as a Instagram simulation. You can have as many "profiles" as you like so you could make one of all your dr selves, dr friends, and family. You can also simulate DM's.
ππππππππππππ
Itextstories is an app to simulate texts. The app is not AI so you have to make every "contact" and every message.

The Lifa App is basically just another app to script on. It has different sections for all you scripts. Some of the sections to script you'll need to pay to use but it doesn't really matter if you pay for them or not. You can also connect your Notion scripts to it, if you wish to.
note:
Most of these apps will be difficult to navigate. But once you figure them out, they're the best apps (in my opinion) to use.
