The universe staring at me whenever I doubt shifting:

The fact that I have my waiting room purely to organize my dr's, relax without having to worry about anything, absorb knowledge, and understand the universe and all it's beautiful complexity fills me with so much happiness and comfort.

Being able to have an unlimited amount of time with no restrictions to learn and understand all that captures my attention without the barrier of limits of any kind, understanding the workings of the universe and the structure of different realities, the essence of reality.

And as I do so at the same time being able to experience the beauty of being alive and living all the lives I want to live without being limited by anything, being able to experience all the happy, lovely, beautiful and positive experiences I seek to experience.

I am eternally grateful to have known to have the blessing of knowing about shifting.

I know that methods are not necessary to shift, but does anyone know any awake methods? I've never tried any and I'm giving it a shot
