I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
Matthew 28:20
stop waiting on men to validate you. you’re pretty. you’re smart. you’re interesting. you’re worth time & effort. you deserve to be loved. you need to know these things and truly believe them. don’t wait on some man to come along and tell you.
😂😂 The truth He gives is hard to swallow at times but it's not any less necessary!
That’s how it be lol

I am in the world but I am not of the world. Realizing that has made my life improve tremendously. I will not try to blend in, my uniqueness symbolizes freedom from the herd mentality, I was custom made and not mass produced.
God's blessing of motherhood is so amazing! I'm only 17 but I'd love to have a whole bunch of kids when I'm older (and married of course lol) Definetly considering adoption too❤

I think you’re making points & I definitely understand what you mean. We’ve turned into a very hyper-sexual culture and in some cases it is having a terrible influence. I’m not policing you, like you said, it is your blog . But I think the people who are mad just have an issue with it seeming like women can’t be multi-faceted, or change, or have control over being sexual. I do think there’s a time & place and definitely get being tired of it, but if the woman is in control of it, why have issue?
This is an actual respectful disagreement where a conversation can be had. I think you're confusing what being a multifaceted person is. Yes, a woman (or any person) can have different sides and personalities to themselves, I have made posts here addressing how important it is to develop yourself in different areas, that's not what Saweetie or any other rapper out here is doing, actually.
My initial critique was based on the poorly executed attempt at rachetness and morally corrupt behavior that we have been seeing the music industry try to shove down young people's throat, Saweetie is a great example. She isn't exhibiting being a person of multiple qualities, she has been *transformed* into a very specific image to make her blend with the rest of the female rappers currently in the scene (City Girls, Megan, Doja Cat, Kash Doll, etc.). What she's portraying is not sex appeal, sex appeal is subtle, tasteful, has an aura of mystery. Sexual degeneracy is vulgar, in your face, tacky and repugnant, that's what she is displaying. Being critical of a behaviour that young girls will observe and then proceed to replicate (especially with the viral social media challenges she came up with) will only harm these same girls mentally and will make them develop a skewed view of their sexuality, self perception as women and force them to comply to an image that has been crafted by an industry that's based on using sex, drugs and violence to make profit.
Ask yourself, would you feel comfort if your 8 year old daughter or sister spent her time watching a music video of a grown woman in tank top shaking her spine on top of a basketball backboard with lyrics saying "8 inch, big d*ck that's good pipe"? And before some starts saying that it's not the artist's responsibility to overview what people's kid see online, that point is irrelevant because Saweetie, like most female rapper, caters her music to young girls and spreads it through social media to target a very specific audience, they know exactly what they are doing.
Saweetie is not multifaceted, to the contrary she has developed one specific try hard brand of a Megan Thee Stallion knock off. If you or any of these third wave "feminists" find that empowering then you believe that, but that won't stop other people from being critical of what's being promoted to us. And I focus on female rappers because I'm a woman, but male rappers are just as bad, and unfortunately we as a society have become numb to the promotion of guns, drugs and easy sex/degradation of women in their music. We need to do better, we have to.
Daughters of God- never forget that you absolutely ROCK!
To be a queen
You must bear a heavy crown
And wear it as if it were a feather.
You must have strength in your heart,
Determination in your eyes,
And the will to survive must reside in your soul.
You must tell yourself to stand,
Though beaten you may be,
You cannot be broken yet.
There is nothing you must fear,
That should not fear you
a thousand times more.
Your heart must be wide as a galaxy,
And your veins lined with stars.
You must be more than this flesh that binds you.
Never mind what you are made of,
You are something extraordinary,
So do extraordinary things.
The biggest accolade I can receive is being called a woman of God.
Just a gal who loves to write about anything and everything🫶🏾 (she/her, 22)
