1️⃣ Stay indoors and make sure you avoid sunlight exposure

2️⃣ Wear face masks everywhere you go and recirculate carbon dioxide throughout the body while reducing oxygen levels

3️⃣ Watch the mainstream news, experience high levels of fear and dramatically increase cortisol levels

4️⃣ Wash your hands 50 times per day with chemical based anti bacterial soap and reduce your bodies natural microbiome defences

5️⃣ Avoid going out in nature or camping in the fresh open air

6️⃣ Avoid the beach at all costs. Grounding your feet on the sand, swimming in the salt water, getting sunlight on your skin and negatively charged ions in the air will be sure to boost your immune system

7️⃣ Don't spend time connecting with other humans and certainly don't hug anyone as this releases feel good hormones

8️⃣ Drink unfiltered water containing fluoride and heavy metals to reduce cognitive function and increase toxicity

9️⃣ Eat processed foods with chemicals, additives and preservatives. Excessive alcohol consumption and smoking are also highly recommended

🔟 Avoid the gym at all costs and don't move your body (sitting on the couch watching TV is highly recommended)

❓ Why haven't there been any stories, articles or news reports sharing tips and strategies to naturally boost our immune system? Surely this would be a priority when we have a global pandemic? (if you have seen one please post it here)

❓ Why aren't they talking about the 1.4 MILLION people who have fully recovered from COVID-19 without a vaccine yet they continue to say the only way out of this is a vaccine?

❓ Why haven't they publicly stated that more than 90% of COVID deaths had pre-existing medical conditions? (99% in Italy)

❓ Why are they heavily promoting flu shots when there is no research to suggest this will have any impact on COVID-19 immunity (and studies suggest it may actually INCREASE the chances of catching coronaviruses)

❓ Why are they not talking about the massive rise in domestic violence, suicide, depression and anxiety due to the lockdowns, unemployment and financial stress?

❓ Why has the drug Hydroquinone been banned as a treatment option when it has been proven to be effective at treating COVID-19?

❓ Why is Bill Gates the global face of vaccines when he has ZERO medical or scientific background and is the second biggest funder of the World Health Organisation? (behind the US government). He is set to become the world's first Trillionaire if his global vaccination agenda rolls out as planned (don't worry, there is no hidden agenda or conflict of interest here).

❓ Why are many of the world's hospitals empty and Doctors and Nurses are unemployed while the media is making us believe they are full and that the system can't cope? (the media has been caught using mannequins in news reports to make them look busy and also using the exact same busy 'epicentre' hospital in Italy, Sydney and New York).

❓ Why are doctors being pressured to list COVID-19 as the cause of death when people clearly died from other causes such as stage 4 cancer, falls or heart disease?

❓ Finally, why are the majority of people putting 100% faith and trust in Government and Media when they have been proven to lie, make false promises and be filled with corruption for centuries?

Take some time out today to really tune in with yourself. Does this feel right what is happening right now? What does your intuition say?

This is not time to meditate on a mountain, sit back and do nothing .... this is time to start standing up for our rights and questioning everything.

The systems of control only work if we consent. When we stand together as one the house of cards will crumble. It is already happening!

I believe in love and light AND I believe in speaking our truth, increasing awareness and standing up for what we believe in.
