Cooking Up A New Chapter For The Legends Arceus Novelization Folks. Might Be Done Maybe Soon? Maybe Not?

This is so real, I’ll be talking to my English Teacher about writing something and being proud of it and then she’ll ask “oh what are you writing ?” And I’ll slouch down and quietly say “uhm, a fanfiction.” And she would nod and go back to work like nothing happened.

Had another teacher ask me what my fanfiction was about, and I don’t write nfsw, but explaining that 9 elf men from across different timelines from the jumbled mess of the Zelda lore meet and fight things is just one step into the rabbit hole

So my sisters were talking about fanfiction last night so I was like cool, let’s test the waters because I still haven’t told anyone in my family I write fanfiction. So I join in with “oh yeah, fanfiction sure is interesting huh?” and my one sister says “yeah it’s... it sure is something.” in this really dry kind of voice. So I’m like “you say that like it’s a bad thing, what’s wrong with fanfiction? Have you even read any?”

And she then tells me all about a warrior cats fanfiction she read literal years ago that was so bad she now thinks all fanfiction is bad.

So I’m wondering if I should send her one of my fics without telling her who wrote it, and be like “look it isn’t all bad see?” It would have to be one of my regular loz fics since she doesn’t know about lu, but I’m torn because on the one hand I want to change her view of fanfiction but on the other hand the mere thought of showing her something I wrote is absolutely terrifying so I’m at an impasse

Alright so I’ve got a small dilemma…

I don’t know what on earth to write so I’ll give you the spheel

So there are two works that I’m currently writing:

A Pokémon Legends Arceus Novelization and a Linked Universe fic.

I recently posted a chapter for the LU fic and it’s actually going pretty well and I want to write another chapter but I don’t know how to structure it or even what character to use. And as for the Novelization, it’s been ages since I’ve posted and I’ve got a good idea for what it needs to contain. But I’m torn because I don’t know what to write!!!! What do you think?
