the #1 thing i see people struggle with is accepting that their imagination is real and that the physical world is just a reflection of it.

your imagination will ALWAYS trump the circumstances of the 3D. this premise is literally what the whole law of assumption is based upon. if you find yourself struggling or doubting then you need to remind yourself what is real.

the 4D is the only true reality. it is the truest, most concrete expression of your divine awareness. the 3D is only an afterimage.

it's one thing to affirm for the fulfillment of your desires but it helps tremendously to trust that your imagination is the only truth.

remember - YOU are god. not your parents, not your siblings, not the digits in your bank account or the numbers on a report card. shut out what the physical senses are showing you and instead view your world as a dream: an ever-changing, completely malleable reflection of your inner world.

you don’t even have to be in the law of assumption community to know the term “affirm and persist” it’s plastered everywhere. we see it all the time, we see blogs repeat that term in different wordings but ultimately the same meaning.

i think there can be good that comes out of term- it’s simple & straightforward.

but i personally believe there’s can be more cons than pros with affirm and persist not so much the term itself but how we approach it. its a term that can’t relate to everybody. we have to be mindful that we are different bodies, different minds, different stories. we can’t all relate and understand the term of affirming and persisting.

im saying this out of personal experience and what anons that speak to me.

“i’ve been affirming & persisting and nothing is happening”

- i relate to this very very much. it’s mostly because we affirm out of LACK. when you affirm are you doing it because you’re acknowledging what you want is yours? or are you affirming because you believe there is something to achieve? are you affirming because you “have to” or are you affirming because you’re being gentle with yourself and affirming as you please. state of lack or state of fulfilment?

when you persist- are you still putting focus on the 3D? are you still conscious of time? do you measure your success by time or by how you feel within yourself?

when you persist do you feel tiresome, drained?i know when i persisted with my affirmations in the state of lack i would get headaches, i would feel like total crap. would a person who had their desires feel like this? the answer is no

you know you’re persisting amazingly when you feel calm about your desires, when you don’t even care about time. when you feel nice within. its a pleasant feeling.

“I’m in a terrible circumstance and i don’t know what to do, i feel hopeless”

i’m not gonna tell you to ignore your circumstances because let me tell you this- some circumstances are so terrible and completely draining that you can’t even ignore it. especially when you have to face your circumstance every single day.

when i was in unpleasant circumstances i took it as something that will soon go away, i didn’t question how it will go away. i didn’t worry if it will or if it wont. i decided that it will soon go away, so whenever i found myself in a circumstance i particularly didn’t like- i felt it as neutral.

another thing that helped me was meditating and journaling. i meditated for 5-10mins whenever i had free time, sometimes it was guided meditations sometimes it was listening to my favourite songs that me feel at peace. during this time i just let myself BE

i wasn’t worrying about doing the meditations right, i wasn’t worried about affirmations i was just BEING.

journalling helps me get out all my thoughts that make me feel unsafe, uncomfortable etc because sometimes my mind becomes a cluster of mixed emotions & thoughts that make my mind hurt so i would journal and i wouldn’t hold anything back, i wouldn’t perfect my journaling i would literally flood my pages with whatever i was feeling.

it did make me feel more relaxed, more like my mind was empty. i wouldn’t have any thoughts after it was like my mind has been squeaked clean.

i won’t lie to you guys and say it was the most easiest thing ever, it was not. well it definitely wasn’t at the start; it is a jump from my old mindset.

but when i consisted and made it a habit i noticed changes- subtle changes. i used to easily react and throw tantrums and then judge myself 10mins after for reacting, now i do not judge myself.

in general— we must be mindful of those who are struggling, lets not demonise them and tell them to get up and affirm & persist. allow yourself to just be sometimes, without judgment lingering in

trusting the subconscious mind ★

trusting the subconscious is basically the equivalent to “trusting the universe” or believing that “the universe has your back.”

i use this ideology to help me overcome fears, not feel the need to excessively affirm, just feel more generally relaxed about my life, and to release obsessive thoughts. it really helps to acknowledge that your subconscious knows exactly what you want and what you don’t want. i personally believe our minds are so much more intricate than what we can observe in our day to day lives. i came to this realization when i was affirming against my thoughts so much i couldn’t catch a break ☠️ like it was lowkey so stressful bc i was afraid of my thoughts. but also, thoughts have no power of its own until you say so!

trusting your subconscious to give you what you want can also open you up to the present moment. being present really can allow you to see the true beauty of life. just from being in a meditative state, i feel like i can observe how incredible the mind (and even the 3d world) truly is.

in conclusion, trusting your subconscious mind to give you what you want can help you be more confident in your manifestations, as well as with mental health and attachments!! i hope this helps anyone who has ever felt overwhelmed while manifesting :)

Hi Hera! this probably a stupid question i’m so sorry but idk how to stop hoping or expecting to see my desires right after or the day after i manifest them, i mean that COULD happen but i get frustrated when it don’t and realize im not in my state, also when i try to get into the state easily i get upset and frustrated with myself

This literally means that you have not fulfilled yourself. You haven't nailed yourself to your state. You just thought of your desire without identifying yourself with it and thinking that that would be enough for the 3D to shift.

You need to change within! If you don't change within, you will never see a respective change on the outside!

I want you to start using your imagination. Close your eyes, turn within and start imagination purely for enjoyment. Forget about changing the 3D, forget about the world entirely for a second. Now, imagine what it would be like if your desire was a present fact. And really dwell on it until you accept its reality I mean really bask yourself in it. But don't approach this forcibly! It takes minimum effort to do this. As you let go more and more of the outer world and allow yourself to imagine freely, you will see how easy it is to assume a feeling (state) and identify yourself with it, because you've completely let go of all reasons and conditions. You can now, in the present moment, simply accept yourself to be that which you desire to be, which is exactly how you occupy a state through I AM. Once you realize how easy (and fun) this is to do, you will find it significantly easier to persist in (and identify with) it. This is how you change self! The more you do this, the sooner your conception of self will change and the world will inevitably follow.

first i just wanted to say that getting into the void state is easy, only if you assume it is. and all you have to do to make it a reality is simply affirming that you get into the void easily. that’s it. i always get into the void in less than five minutes, so you can do it too.

-get into a comfortable position and relax. you can lay down on your bed or even sit down on a chair, it’s totally up to you.

-do not move! big mistake is moving. you want your brain to think you went to sleep, that way it shuts down your body. creating the floating symptom.

-focus on your affirmations only, don’t focus on the 3d or your body. just your affs. do a quick meditation before hand if you have issues focusing. and no, you don’t need to use any guided meditation, just breathe in 4 seconds, hold for 7 and release after 8 seconds. repeat and adjust till you feel yourself relaxing.

-how long it takes you to get into the void is strictly based on your assumption. the void isn’t above you, it’s within you and you need to understand that. if you put it on a pedestal, always check for symptoms and assume that it’ll take a long time then it will take a long time. if you assume that it’s the easiest thing in the world (which it is) then you’ll get there in minutes, maybe even seconds.

-congratulations! you’ve made it. now remember, you don’t have to state every single thing that you want. a blanket statement like “i have everything i want” works like magic.

the void state is instant because you’re quite literally pure consciousness. you are basically god at that point (you’re always god, even without the void). just assume that it’s easy and it will be easier than it already is. you’re legit just staying still and affirming, how hard can that be?

applying the law is easy. i don’t care what your background is, i don’t care if you lack of beliefs, i don’t care, whatever may go on in your life, whatever your beliefs are, those do NOT change the fact that applying the law is just affirming + persisting + living in the end. that’s all that it is. so many people choose to overcomplicate it, but that doesn’t mean that you have to do it too. as a human being, you’ve always manifested your entire life unconsciously. now ask yourself this: have you ever just sat down and tried twenty different methods before creating an assumption? have you ever doubted once in your life that whatever you were assuming (unconsciously) was false? if your answer to both of those questions is no then i’m here to tell you that manifesting consciously requires the same answer. now, you may be wondering why people always tell you to persist and live in the end as much as possible even if you know that what you believe in conforms in an instant in your 3d because you don’t doubt it; and i’m here to tell you that the answer to that only depends on your own beliefs. if you believe in your new affirmations instantly, then the 3d will conform immediately . if you lack of a good self concept then, all you’ll have to do is persist a little more and boom! the 3d will conform fast.

now how do we apply the law? here’s my breakdown for you:

step 1 state your desires. see what it is that you want to change. create a clear picture of it in your head so you know what you’re talking about. if you want you can create a list where you point out all your desires to clear up your mind.

step 2 choose one or multiple, it doesn’t matter, affirmation(s) to remind yourself that you have your desires. NOTE!! affirmations are just reminders. they’re not a method, they’re not a tool to get you to your desires, they’re just your thoughts.

step 3 persist everyday and repeat your affirmations as much as you can to saturate your mind with the new story. the more you do this, the faster you’ll see how your affirmations will naturally pop up in your head; that’s your sign that your subconscious has been impressed with the new story, there’s no going back now !!

step 4 have fun, relax and just trust the process.

all you have to do in order to manifest successfully and fast is affirming + persisting + living in the end. that’s all & with that, happy manifesting ! :)

y'all literally somehow ended up on a huge ball floating in the middle of nowhere called space and think manifesting is impossible? LMAOO

your reality is basically just your consciousness, what happens when you die? you lose consciousness

when you die, the so called 'reality' doesn't even exist anymore. your body is present there but you are not.

basically, your consciousness is the only true reality.

and you know how to change it? by changing your subconscious beliefs.

if your subconscious accepts something then your conscious accepts it and it happens in your reality, it's as simple as that.

nothing EVER is 'real' if you think deeply about it, everything around you is temporary and nothing is fixed. what may exist today may not exist tomorrow, 2022 is ending in 8 weeks like hun didn't the year just start?-

time isn't even real, you're just shifting through multiple realities created by your consciousness using your thoughts and beliefs.

that's why living in the end works, by changing your subconscious beliefs about reality you're not lying to yourself, you're attracting that one particular reality where you already have what you desire !!

the whole reason why the concept of time was introduced was to simplify everything for humans

all the elements that exist right now in the physical 'reality', if we take them down to a sub-atomic level, they technically don't exist.

reality is an illusion created by the mind and by changing your mind, you can change your reality.

that's how the law of assumption works.

your thoughts manifest into your reality and there are hundreds of sources on internet to prove that, people that say "manifesting isn't real" are missing out on a lot smh 🤷🏻‍♀️

DO NOT sit by a corner waiting, anticipating & missing out on life thinking about “WHEN” you will receive your full manifestation. a true creator who knows their potential, rests well, eats well, takes care of themselves, meets people, focuses on their career & lets life happen. you are whole with or without your desire. no desire is bigger than you. your desire should not be a bigger priority in your life than YOU.

don’t let your manifestation be a hurdle that stops you from living your life. let life happen. the best way for a manifestation to unfold is when you’re consistently done with the manipulating and worrying & allow it to come to you. do the things that make you happy. meet your friends, take a new class, go to that new restaurant.

don’t punish yourself for not having your desire yet. don’t punish yourself for finding happiness in other ways apart from your desire
