So basically i was listening to a hypnosis (weight loss hypnosis) and all of a sudden i felt like i kinda jumped on bed ,like i was laying down and the moment i drifted off to sleep , i felt like i bounced on the bed and i realised i didn't do that , i was still in my place and haven't moved yet and it was not the first time and i had no intentions of it. But idek and i felt absolutely no weird sensations or tingles but i was meditating and quite conscious , so do you think it was (OBE) or something (it was not astral travel) Because i have felt it sometimes in my sleep and then suddenly i feel i bounced and wake up but then i realise its nothing and go back to sleep. What do u think it is and why is it happening to me. Also any anon willing to help me , i appreciate it. And please advise me something on weight loss. I have been trying for more than years but no results. I guess there is unconscious programming or something and i get triggered by hearing word fat . how can i know the root cause as to eradicate it . also suggest me some books about it

that sounds like it might have been a hypnic jerk (“hypnic jerks are involuntary muscle contractions that some people experience as they are falling asleep.”) people usually describe it as a falling/bouncing sensation, it’s really common and nothing to worry about.
for the second part, manifesting should never take years. if you’ve been trying to manifest something for this long, you need to take a step back and focus entirely on your self concept. i know everyone says this, but it’s really the most important thing. once you invest in your self concept, you’ll see your entire life change for the better.
in your faith is your fortune, Neville Goddard said “change your conception of yourself and you will, without the aid of masters or anyone else, automatically transform your world to conform to your changed conception of yourself” that’s definitely a great book for anyone beginning to work on their self concept. the law and the promise is another one you might find helpful

I know you want to be mad at your best friend for the things that they have said to you. or accuse your family members for their past mistakes. maybe you are disappointed in your partner for not treating you the way you deserve to be treated. maybe you are tired of all the people at work or in school looking down on you …
there are so many things I could mention actually. I mean, it happens quite often to some people that their environment and all the people in it don’t act based on their desires. even the best manifester of all time needs to express his feelings about how much his 3D bothers him. and that’s right! you are god in human form; you experience all the human feelings and emotions, and disregarding them will not help you mentally. you want to get rid of the negative thoughts but you cannot get rid of your negative emotions. therefore, express your feelings. show them. feel them. you need to internalize them because once you do, you will be able to completely let go of them.

but when we forget about the emotional part of not being okay with other people‘s actions in your reality, let’s move on to the logical part. you have read the quote at the top, right? basically, it describes how every person in your physical world is just a reflection of yourself. they are what you choose to make them. they will always conform to your assumptions about them and what you have decreed them to be. they are you pushed out.

you know that everything in your three-dimensional world acts, thinks, believes, assumes, knows, is, … based on what you are conscious of. and you have to understand that especially these people, the humans in your life that have a huge influence on your well being more than every other "thing" in your outer world, will never do something you don’t allow them. well, you can be dissatisfied with someone in your reality but it doesn’t change the fact that they are just another form of you and what you think of them. when I say "they are you", I‘m not implying they are you pt.2. they reflect all your assumptions. all your insecurities, knowledge, assumptions, fears, strengths, … not just this one person, but everything/everyone in your reality!

they will never be able to do something that you don’t want, unless you allow them to do so. unless you decide that they have the power you are too afraid to claim. unless you accept them to do whatever they wanna do. and they will never act based on their free will but yours. you make them this way. only you. you are the operant power and the only one.

I could tell you to stop assuming all of that bullshit but you don’t need to hear that. you need to hear that there is nothing you need to be afraid of. you know how the law works, you know this whole system. but what you fail to realize is that no one can replace you. there will be not one single day in your lifetime where you won’t be the creator of your reality. where you won’t be god or the main character. you will always embody the all mighty person that you are. and you don’t need to become that person. you don’t need to change yourself to prove you are god because you have always been this spiritual. there is not one person in your world that you need to impress.

Hi Hera! this probably a stupid question i’m so sorry but idk how to stop hoping or expecting to see my desires right after or the day after i manifest them, i mean that COULD happen but i get frustrated when it don’t and realize im not in my state, also when i try to get into the state easily i get upset and frustrated with myself
This literally means that you have not fulfilled yourself. You haven't nailed yourself to your state. You just thought of your desire without identifying yourself with it and thinking that that would be enough for the 3D to shift.
I want you to start using your imagination. Close your eyes, turn within and start imagination purely for enjoyment. Forget about changing the 3D, forget about the world entirely for a second. Now, imagine what it would be like if your desire was a present fact. And really dwell on it until you accept its reality I mean really bask yourself in it. But don't approach this forcibly! It takes minimum effort to do this. As you let go more and more of the outer world and allow yourself to imagine freely, you will see how easy it is to assume a feeling (state) and identify yourself with it, because you've completely let go of all reasons and conditions. You can now, in the present moment, simply accept yourself to be that which you desire to be, which is exactly how you occupy a state through I AM. Once you realize how easy (and fun) this is to do, you will find it significantly easier to persist in (and identify with) it. This is how you change self! The more you do this, the sooner your conception of self will change and the world will inevitably follow.

You are hearing from people about your undesired reality? Ignore it. Like does that even matter you know that you already have what you want so why would you care about someone else opinion. You have heard this 5678472 times before but here we go again: Imagination is the reality.
What you see in 3d was just a result of negative thinking so break the pattern. Start thinking positive. You know what affirm now as you are seeing this post and remind yourself about your reality.

think how you were before the law. did you affirm on loop to have your sp block you? did you have to do a challenge to fail a test? did you fulfill yourself with the state of being sad and persist in it? no, you didn’t. what exactly did you do in order to enter and remain in that state?
deciding & letting it be.
it’s so ridiculously simple to the point where you feel a rise in annoyance after realizing that. how could you not? you see all of these posts/tweets, talking about how they got success from fulfilling, or doing a challenge, or affirming till they pass out. you do what they did, then you think you’re not doing enough. when in reality, you were just wasting time because there was nothing else to be done.
allow me to explain.
💌 where it went wrong.
the second you thought that you needed to convince yourself, was the second that everything went wrong. let’s be very honest with ourselves here: did we really need to convince ourselves any further after assuming we have what we want? we didn’t do it with the opposite. why is the standard different in this case?
you’re dependent on the 3d? you haven’t convinced yourself that you’re the inner man. your body feels weird? you haven't convinced yourself that your state is who you are now so you’re uncomfortable. you still think you need more information? you haven't convinced yourself that you know what you’re doing.
the goal of convincing stems from lack & the assumption that you need to manipulate the outer self. you’re not dumb, you know you’re trying to convince yourself or blindly believe that you have what you want. but, blind faith can only take you so far, until you crash. trying to make yourself trust your assumption just leads to doubts, confusion, and spiraling.
“if it’s true, why can’t i see it in or out of my imagination?” “if its true that the second you fulfill yourself you switch states instantly, why can’t i feel the shift in self?” “if it’s true that self is the only thing that’s expressed instantly, why hasn’t anything happened?”
persuading yourself is only going to bring you more problems. sure it worked before, but when are we going to be honest with ourselves and understand that techniques, methods, challenges, repeated conscious fulfillment & persistence aren’t necessary? let me tell you, making myself imagine my desire on command every time i’m reminded of it is was so tiring and stupid and pointless to me. i used to get so annoyed when i couldn’t come up with a scene to fulfill myself. and if i did, the second i felt that discomfort i thought i didn’t fulfill myself with what i wanted. the irritation i had towards the 3d, the law and myself. it was just a vicious cycle of trying. it was like i was running in circles in my own imagination. manifestation had a grip on me to the point where it was tediously suffocating. every day i wondered “why the fuck can’t i just accept it & move on?”
so, i gave up. i gave up on fulfilling myself and persisting. i dropped loa for a few days. no tumblr. no twitter. no neville. no edward. nothing. until i read this thread. something clicked in me. a lightbulb went off after my eyes grazed over the words, the TRUE two keys to law of assumption; “just decide and BE”.
allow me to break this down.
💌 key one: decide.
we decide something about ourselves and in relation to ourselves every day. what we’ll eat for breakfast, what we’ll wear, what we’ll say etc. and they all come to pass. we didn’t wonder how, or when, if it will happen, we just know that it’s done. then we go through life knowing that and it will inevitably come to pass. then we move on.
stop trying to believe in something.
you are not your body, or your mind. enough with self persuasion. enough with the brain washing. enough with the reprogramming. your true nature isn’t limited to flesh.
do you not understand that you are pure consciousness simply roleplaying as a human? do you not understand that it is not your responsibility to rationalize how your desire will come to fruition? do you not understand that your only job is to decide and be? you say you do, but here you are feeling “unconvinced”. because you haven’t “accepted” your state, or that your inner man has it, or you don’t “believe” that you have what you want yet or whatever.
belief isn’t a thing. acceptance isn’t a thing. you don’t believe in something. you decide what you want to be aware of.
did you make yourself “believe” that your friend hated you? no, they were acting weird and based on that you decided that they hate you. you didn’t want to believe it, but it came to pass.
you, my dear reader, applied the law to your disadvantage every single time you felt something was off based and chose your faith.
the goal of the law isn’t to keep going to fulfillment, or making your state natural, or how many you’ve returned to the state. your goal is to allow yourself to let it be.
letting go of control in regards to your mind & your 3d demonstrates that you know how the law works. one decision can (and will) change self, and that is what will be expressed. never force a state. controlling how a state will appear within you displays a sense of lack. awareness just is. it’s the root in which your state branches out. stop trying to figure out what you would experience within. allow it to flow in accordingly, and fulfillment will be in your possession.
looped inner work is a myth that’s been prevalent within this community, but understand that the only work you need to do is decide that you are the person who has/is what you want. that is how you successfully change self.
💌 key two: let it be.
i understand that you might think that’s there’s something more to this, because of what you’ve been conditioned to “believe”:
we persist because we want to go back to the state! we fulfill because we want to experience it with enjoyment! we’re doing it to change self!
be honest with me, was doing all of that enjoyable to you? did you not feel annoyed by the fact that you “fell out of the state” so you needed to go back or else? did imaging not feel like you’re trying too hard to experience something you've already assumed you have but can’t come up with everything? did you not feel like you were in a cycle of frustration because you mentally could not be at peace?
internalize this for the rest of your journey: fulfillment and persistence cannot be forced.
the second you’ve chosen a new concept of yourself to be aware of: everything starts moving. states start flowing in, feelings start getting stronger, your mind starts getting filled with imaginings of this new reality you’ve chosen to the point where it drowns out your old state. it all happens accordingly.
persistence is allowing yourself to be.
awareness naturally brings in a new sense of being. it prolongs it, making you naturally be aware of that fact.
persistence in this community is used in the context of frequency, i.e. consciously going back to your state whenever you think of your desire. when in reality, it just allowing yourself to move through life, being your new decision. within and without.
think of it this way: you wanted water, and you got water, would you still be thinking about getting water? no. you have it, so you move on.
there is no need to wait for something to change when the change has already happened.
apply this to your desires. when you make that decision, DO NOT go back on it. stay steadfast in what you’ve chosen. don’t rationalize, or imagine, or persist nothing. it is done. your inner fulfillment will flow in and you will dwell in it naturally. that’s the naturalness you wish to achieve. forcing it will only make your life harder.
and by steadfast, i don’t mean doing a repeated mental action on loop to keep it on the front of your mind. i mean never changing what you’ve chosen. you can doubt, scream, cry, be impatient, mess with the 3d, question, WHATEVER, but as long as you leave that decision as is, it will always come to pass.
never change that i am into an i am not.
💌 conclusion
i truly believe i was limiting myself prior to this realization. granted, i’m happy i’ve realized this now, but looking back … i never enjoyed persisting and fulfilling repeatedly. it was tiring and annoying and so stupid. i wasted so much time applying those “beliefs”. now, i’ve never felt so free!! i can really BE and HAVE anything, and it’ll come to pass because the law is truly a promise!!
here’s the controversial statement of the day:
feeling it real was never needed.
let me back this up with a story:
at the beginning of this month, i was on academic probation (because of my terrible executive function yassss). i thought my professors never graded my late work, making my grade stay stagnant. one day, i was trying to “accept” that i had all As. so, i gave up and i decided that i passed. you can say that i “settled” but what did you expect from a woman who was on the brink of losing her neurodivergent mind. amidst the anxiety, i never changed that decision. could’ve sworn that by the time of my meeting with my counselor, she would’ve told me i’ve failed. eventually, i forgot about it. then, my day of alleged reckoning came. i went on that zoom expecting the worst. venting to my counselor, barely managing to get my words out because i was crying that hard….only for her to tell me that i passed. my sobbing immediately stopped and i went “oh! 😀”
now, point out where i was repeatedly fulfilling myself consciously. where i was doing every challenge in the book. where i was persisting to make it more natural? when i gave up on “feeling it real”, and just left my decision at that….it came to pass. no effort, no techniques, nada. but i still got what i wanted.
i can only tell you that this is how the law truly works, but you can’t see it for yourself unless you apply what i’m saying.
it’s just three simple steps:
figure out what you want
decide that you have it.
let it be . go on about your life knowing that as long as you don’t backpedal on that decision, it is done.
please, please free yourselves from the idea of needing to do more repeated inner work to make whatever you want to come to pass. practice what i’ve shared. internalized what i’ve written. be honest with yourself and leave the idea of conscious repetition to rest. finally realize the reason why you’ve found this law. you’re here to choose the best for yourself and watch it play out.
listen, we weren’t feeling it real when we decided that we’re terrible at something. in fact, we might feel awkward, but that’s void compared to who you decided to be. you kept being aware of that the second that decision was made. it’s not about looking back what you’ve experienced within, its about what concept you chose to be aware of. you decide you’re rich? it is done. you decide you’re with sp? it is done.
whatever you choose, it is done.
that's where your true power lies. you have an infinite amount of possibilities at your fingertips, and you have the right as god to decide which one you’d love to experience.
