Me: I’m tired of Keith being the main character in every season when the rest of the characters desperately need more character development!!
Season 6: What if we gave you soft moments with Keith’s gorgeous mum, including tender flashbacks that show Keith’s tragic background and how much his parents truly loved him.
Me: ....that’s cool but still-
Season 6: How about fully explaining Keith’s relationship with Shiro and using the most breathtaking animation and devastating lines to really make you feel the love and pain between them.
Me, sniffling slightly: No, uh, that’s totally cool but-
Season 6: There’s flashbacks to tiny Keith looking up to Shiro, the only person who believed he was a good kid with a bright future, he just needed someone to not give up on him.
Me, discreetly wiping a tear: T-that’s definitely something I wanted, but you can’t deny-
Season 6: Alrighty then, how about we show how much Keith has grown by displaying his desperation and fear of losing the team and not being to do anything, accompanied with contrasting close-ups of his friends scared faces and Keith’s cracking frantic voice as he called out for these people that have now become his family. We’ll even throw in the culmination of his development to becoming the team leader by showing how he listens to everyone’s opinions/plans but they all listen to him without question to execute each move perfectly, creating a more powerful Voltron because their love for each other is so strong.
Me, all out sobbing: I’m so proud of my boy and who he’s become!!!!!
*Hears all about TMA and how Jon and Martin are one of the most tender and heartbreaking romances in podcasting*
*Me, ecstatic for some more sweet gay pining, starts listening from the beginning*
Jon, first ep: so yeah those new researchers in the archives Sasha and Tim are on thin fuxking ice but fuck that Martin guy, he’ll never amount to anything

Disregarding all of the psychological and deeply personal reasons Deku’s quirk shocked Bakugou in their first battle, his reaction is justifiable. I would be whacked out of my fucking mind too if the weedy kid in my class who couldn’t even talk back suddenly could breAK ALL OF HIS BONES AND NOT EVEN FLINCH.
Middle School Bakugou: *throws (1) punch* “HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT DEKU?!?!”
Deku: *bawling his eyes out* “K-Kacchan please”
High School Bakugou: *exploded half a building* “YOU’LL ALWAYS BE A USELESS NERD!!! NEVER A HERO!!”
Deku: FUCK YOU YA BASTARD I DON’T FEAR DEATH *blows up arm and the rest of the building*
when i was in 9th grade i tried to join the military history club but the teacher said i couldn’t join because the stuff “he and the boys” talked about was really advanced so my sister and i ended up starting a model united nations team and then 2 years later he tried to get me to join the military history club again because i kept winning model un competitions and every single boy in his club was literally in love with me and wanted me to join
but i said no bc by that point i was a smart, independent, and spiteful debate champion and too good for them so that same teacher talked the principal into letting him take over our team and kicked my sister and i (the president and vice president) out of it because he didn’t like us so then we became judges at the next competition they were going to and he was so pissed but tried to get us to cheat and let his (our) team win by default so we made sure that the kids he liked in the team that he had chosen to win and was doing all the work for lost and the kids who were still loyal to us got fair points and then i found out the teacher supported neo nazis and thats my story. the end

No offence but the greatest hero in the entire awfully painful Chimera Ant arc has got to be that young surgeon who, without batting an eye, performs surgery on this fucked up bug queen thing she had probably just been debriefed about on the way there. Like this chick just casually chats with these crazy monsters around her and even offers support to the soft bird boy when he's panicking. This woman doesn't give a fuck. She's probably seen shit 100x crazier than this before, what with working with all of the crazy hunters out there. I bet she was one of the people to operate on Gon after the whole fiasco and while all the other doctors are screaming about how this shouldn't happen to a normal being, she's just like 'man this is totally that crazy bastard Ging's son. The both of them are always finding new ways to kill themselves. Awesome. Time to save this crazy kids life then.' I'd like to believe this jaded young woman was the only reason Gon pulled through, and that's because she's seen some shit through her years, and that includes the mess Ging made with his own body. She's a pro at this now.
There is genuinely nothing funnier than Brennan trying to make an evil campaign, only for the whole plot be derailed by democratic revolution, the progression of eagle rights, mental health movements and the Power of Friendship (particularly between Maggie and Leiland, who would have hated each other in any other narrative). Escape from Bloodkeep was wholesome in a way Fantasy High never was, because the Villains were high-functioning adults who only wanted the best for their land, while the Bad Kids indiscriminately killed and stole from everyone (extra points for the fact they cut off hands and ate people, whereas the Villains only ever seemed to push people off tall heights). Poor Brennan. He never wins.
