It is hard topic indeed. It’s hard to draw nice looking character with feet that doesn’t look believable. 

A lot practice is needed. I just presented few ideas and now you have to put it to practice.

“He’s dead. There’s nothing left of him.” Alex frowned. Katherine held her tightly, trying to console her girlfriend. “Why didn’t you try to stop them?” She whispered. 

“Are you talking to me?” Katherine frowned. Alex ignored her, refusing to look at her. She continued to talk to herself. “Alex.. Snap out of it.” Katherine shook Alex slighty, trying to break the hold she had on herself. “Hey!” Katherine slapped Alex’s face lightly, causing her to jump at the sudden feeling.

“I’m so sorry…” Alex whispered.
