"Rhaenyra always dressed richly, favoring purple and maroon velvets and golden Myrish lace in intricate patterns. Her bodice often glittered with pearls and diamonds, and there were always rings on her fingers"

I based Tully fashion on Slovakian culture and Stark on Kazakh!
Oh you hate bran? You think he’s boring? You think he’s whiny? Should we throw a party? Should we tell the old gods? Wanna go tell bloodraven?
Aegon: *using his child as a source of cheap amusement and belittling his wife, clearly somewhat drunk*
Team Green: He’s such a good father and husband this episode. He acknowledges their existence 🥺
I love Barristan, he rly is Ser Grandpa in the best possible way.
I feel so bad for him like bro deserved to life in a better world, he's not perfect and is definitely a product of his environment but his heart is in the right place. I also think about how he's interestingly contrasted w the other shitter Queensguard. "What did she look like, your Lady Lynesse?"
Ser Jorah smiled sadly. "Why, she looked a bit like you, Daenerys." He bowed low. "Sleep well, my queen."
ACOK - Daenerys I
Even after all these years, Ser Barristan could still recall Ashara's smile, the sound of her laughter. He had only to close his eyes to see her, with her long dark hair tumbling about her shoulders and those haunting purple eyes. Daenerys has the same eyes. Sometimes when the queen looked at him, he felt as if he were looking at Ashara's daughter…
ADWD - The Kingbreaker
They both see their former love in Dany but importantly Barristan sees Dany as Ashara's child whereas Jorah sees Lynesse herself. AND that's why Jorah is a creepy ped0phile and Barristan is a compassionate surrogate grandpa whomst we like.
I'm Jorah's strongest hater.
If Jorah has million haters, then I'm one of them. If Jorah has one hater, then I'm THAT ONE. If Jorah has no haters, that means I'm dead.
"Sansa's wedding"
( well i kinda liked this idea in my head how she would look with Lannister colors so i made her dress red)
Oh my God... The Green stans really didn't understand the story of the dance and the characters of Aegon II and Rhaenyra ! 😂
In the show, Aegon II does not take the throne to protect his family, but because he was forced to by Alicent. He has no interest in protecting his family, he even sought to flee Westeros in the first place, leaving his entire family behind.
In Fire and Blood, the idea that Aegon II took the throne solely for his family is just pro-Greens propaganda made by Maesters Eustace, easily spotted as false when we see Aegon II's behavior once he he has the crown on his head.
Rhaenyra, in the show, doesn't really want the crown, and primarily wants to protect the kingdom from the prophecy that essentially heralds the apocalypse.
Rhaenyra, in Fire and Blood, on the other hand, wants her crown and will fight for it, because... well it's her inheritance. She therefore has every right to claim it, knowing that in addition she was educated to fulfill this function of sovereign of Westeros, unlike Aegon II.
Rhaenyra, in Fire and Blood or HOTD is not the one who is power hungry.
At least not in the negative sense of the term, in relation to Fire and Blood (since in HOTD the women are pure innocents apparently not interested in power...) in a specific way (because once again, the crown belongs to Rhaenyra, it's not negative greed to want to keep and fight for what's yours, wanting power isn't inherently bad as far as it's concerned).
Because it is the Greens who embody this evil greed for power. It is already obvious from the color that represents this faction and the chaos that they cause and sow around them in this greed for the throne.
Their little baby’s.
It's amazing how similar children are to them
alicents green dress moment was nothing short of pick me vibes. She ruined another women's wedding by coming late and trying to outshine her. She'd be mocked in reality if this was a real event.
Realistically this scene should indicate to everyone that alicent wasn't fit to be Queen. She comes in late, wears war colours and the dress itself is revealing so goes against her faith (the faith of the seven). She made herself look like a bad Queen consort in front of everyone important. Yet the narrative is painting her as badass and stuff. It was cringe and definitely not badass. She was not fit to be Queen and team green are definitely just blind if they think she is
Because the whole point of this scene was for Alicent to be the most important and such a "badass". After all, TG are so excited that everyone stood up in amazement at the sight of her, but not when Daemon entered! As if standing up for the queen's entrance was not required…
For me, Alicent's entire behavior at the wedding was completely cringe and I will never change my mind, because she showed a complete lack of any respect not only for the crown, but also for the Velaryon family, because they were the guests of honor. Alicent was a completely adult woman (both by Westeros standards and by modern ones), and she behaved like an offended child, because her former friend did not tell her the truth about her sexual life… as if Alicent's father had not sent spies after Rhaenyra, did not want to ruin her and there was no risk that Alicent would immediately run to him with the news. And you know "she didn't confide in me about the sex" = "this is war!!!!", because it's obvious that this will mean that Rhaenyra will want to murder her and her children in the future, and nothing will help protect your own life better than making a potential executioner your worst enemy. Alicent has a brain.
I made a new one
