hi everyone! in the past, challenges like inktober have been great at getting me to practice and improve my art, and this year I wanted to be really motivated so I made myself a prompt list! and I can’t wait to illustrate my friends and favorite memories with these warm-hearted prompts!

potato-preparing the nibs

this process to prepare nibs basically removes the protective layer of oil from the calligraphy nibs. the oil causes the ink to not flow properly, so you make this potato satellite.
