I was honestly expecting House and Wilson to have undertones in the traditional accidental queerbaiting format of having the mc’s bond with a male rival/coworker/traveling companion feel more important bc the writers don’t care enough about the female characters to focus or make them interesting.

But no, Wilson is literally just written like he’s House’s wife or fiancee. Like from a standpoint of narrative significance.
