Thinking about how "Timeless (From the Vault)" and "History of Man" are both closing tracks looking back at romantic relationships throughout history except the perspectives differ based on the kind of relationship the narrator is in. The narrator in "Timeless" is in a happy relationship so she sees love in the old photographs, but the narrator in "History of Man" has just endured the loss of someone she loved so much and who stopped valuing her so she looks back at the men who have broken women's hearts in the past.

Remember in 2010 when Taio Cruz said "I throw my hands up in the air sometimes"? I appreciated his restraint. You can't just throw your hands up in the air whenever. There's a time and a place, and that time was 2010, and the place was the club.
