been listening to “Laurie and Jo on the Hill” by Alexandre Desplat on loop for the past couples hours until I finished this sketch that I needed to just get out of my head. also yay to color again!

If I had the energy and time, I would make an animatic of this entire chapter’s conversation. The dialogue and writing is just screaming to be acted out.

Also, I can’t help but think the song “Bad Idea” from the musical “Waitress” is perfect for their dynamic in this particular story, especially for Kate.

I’ve never grown attached to two characters faster than Jase Conolly and Judith “Natalie” Ford. This musical podcast is amazing and set a high bar for future musical podcasts. Friggin love films/stories with literally only two present characters just interacting and that’s it.
