Let’s be clear: the evidence doesn’t support her claims. There were no incriminating pictures from Drake’s side—only her reactions to his stories, and all the pictures were from her side of the chat. If Drake had done something wrong, wouldn't there be something more concrete on his part? Not only that, but Jane Doe herself admitted to Janet that she had multiple accounts. He blocked her after discovering her real age, and it was Janet who told him to unblock her. Why would he unblock her if he had something to hide?
As for the claims about them being alone, it doesn’t align with the witness accounts. The door was open all night, and people were coming and going constantly. How could Drake have assaulted her with that level of foot traffic? Unless he’s moving at superhuman speed, the logistics don’t make sense. One of the witnesses had known Jane Doe’s aunt for over 20 years and Jane Doe herself since she was a child. Why would this person throw away a 20-year relationship for Drake unless they were telling the truth?
Also, let’s talk about context. Drake's legal outcome was based on text messages, not physical assault. It’s important to understand that even if he made a mistake, he faced consequences, and he did his time. Now, continually rehashing this case with false accusations and half-truths doesn’t help anyone—especially not the victims.
And speaking of punishment, comparing Drake to Brian Peck is disingenuous. Peck served 16 months for far more serious crimes, but even he was eventually allowed to move on. Meanwhile, Drake got probation, which, by the way, is an outcome based on Ohio's legal framework for a text exchange. If we’re going to talk about justice, let’s remember that.
You also can’t ignore the harassment and bullying happening online in the name of “justice.” At what point do these actions become their own form of abuse? People need to reflect on their behavior: if you’re stalking and harassing others online, are you any better than the predators you claim to be exposing? This is about the kind of toxic behavior we tolerate and perpetuate as a society. Everyone involved deserves healing, and that can’t happen as long as the cycle of blame and retribution continues.Drake Bell deserves the chance to heal, not continuous attacks. Redemption and a platform to move forward are essential, as he’s already paid his price. It’s time people move on and leave the past behind.
This person is weird these are their comments on TT about Janet and Drake..don't share this message I don't want to cause harassment to any one or hate..they most likely not true and I hope they are fake

She cheated. Let him for another guy. She's a horrible cruel person. She did a lot more horrible things than that to him. He's better off without her.
Amber what's your source for these claims???
I know her and her family personally.

Not after janet cheated on him and tired to get him to unlive himself. Janet is a horrible cruel person. She still doing horrible things to him.
After what the cruel things Janet did and still doing to him He does. SHe's so 100% better than janet. Janet is a horrible cruel person.

Thats just rumors. He never dated or SA'd any minors. They girl that made the accusations was a proven liar in court.
Yes. THe FBI would of found evidence on his PC/Phone. He wouldn't be talking to one person. All they found was a DM from the girl.
Thats what he got in trouble for. They didn't find anything sexual. If they did he would've a lot more charges.
Drake Dosn't have cover up money. If he did he would of kept out of the press. The FBI would of charged with a lot more than an DM .

I hope they never get back together. Janet is a horrible cruel person. The things she done & still doing to him is beyond cruel.
What did she do? She seemed very protective over him when they were together and supported him when he was going through tough times so I don’t know what you mean.
Cheated, Tired to get him to unlive himself to replace him with her new B/f. Lets her new B/f play daddy and barely lets him see his son. A lot more
I am sharing this to set the record straight and to keep my word on internal checks and balances within the fandom.
That person is a jealous fan who views Janet as competition. She sadly isn't the first or only fan like that. My main criticism is that she isn't holding up her end of the agreement to protect their son's privacy and keep him offline.
Drake sees his son fairly often. They were spotted together last month before his concerts. This was corroborated by multiple people who've taken selfies with him, not to mention the fact he attended his son's birthday party as stated in an interview. He's an extremely busy guy who travels a lot. That isn't exactly conductive to a stable childhood which is why Janet is the primary parent outside of Drake working on healing and his sobriety. However, it's extremely safe to assume he's in frequent contact with his son since his son is known to adore him.
Drake has spoken highly of Janet in interviews and though I do have my own speculation, I am not going to share them as ultimately, the factors that led to the end of their marriage is none of my business. So, I'm content enough to know that they cooperatively co-parent their son.
These fans have a very fairytale view of relationships, so it's easier to box Janet in as a villain than recognize that adult relationships are full of complexities. I do wonder how they came to the conclusion that Janet cheated when Drake has admitted to having issues staying faithful during their relationship and also during his previous relationships.
She also didn't try to get Drake to kill himself. He rawdogged life for 20+ years, the Jane Doe case traumatized him, and running away from his issues had caught up to him. He was not in a good mental state at the time. Janet giving him the ultimatum that it's either their son or drugs was his breaking point and wake up call.
If a fan hates the fuck out of Janet, there's a good chance they're jealous she got to marry him and have his son. This ties heavily into the fandom's parasocial relationship issues. He's not a complex person but a traumatized Ken doll to some of these people.
Season 4 - Drake Parker
Im re watching the show too its better than I remember and they are a lot of "yaoi" moments between the brothers that surprise me
Also the characters surprise me Josh is very sweet but he can get really angry (I can't blame him) and Drake is so childish, manipulative but also very vulnerable
I’m so sorry if you’ve already answered this before 😅😅but I would love it if you wrote some drake x josh fanfiction! 🥺🥺 and if you don’t mind me asking, if you did write some fanfiction would you write drake & josh getting together ❤️❤️
That is the plan! I'm hoping to do a proper (re)watch of the show first so I can get the characterization right! I'll definitely be sharing them once they're written and posted.
I love what Drake is saying about writing songs that have a happy sound, but dark lyrics. I guess coming from the place I've been mentally, I always viewed that choice as cynical. Yeah, I have this happy mask, but if you actually pay attention, there is a lot of darkness. Too bad nobody ever actually listens to what I'm screaming out.
But hearing him say that this juxtaposition is actually a positive transformative act is really powerful. He is taking this dark topic and showing that there can still be happiness and hope within and after that darkness. He is choosing to focus on hope, and that is beautiful. I think that that can be applied to so many things in life, and I am going to try and have that attitude going forward.

Drake Bell continues to be one of my favorite people. As one of his queer fans, I'm so happy to see him talk to a queer publication and openly acknowledge us <3333 I wish it was longer, but it's so nice to see him get this kind of reach!
