How to take care of YOUR mental health!
Mental health affects many things in our lives, it affects how we think, feel, and act especially.
Self care is a huge part of our mental health and how it can better our mental health slowly, so my tigers and doves, here are my self care tips!
Regular exercise: now, I know not everyone is an exercise person but even the smallest stuff like walks can generally improve our mental health!
Stick to a sleeping schedule: I understand, wanting to stay up late on weekends is pretty fun! You want to dance around all weekend or just talk to your friends online, but making sure you have proper sleep can actually generally improve your mental health!
Practice self acceptance: To properly take care of our mental health, we need to recognize we have those inner critics and unfortunately they can get out of hand but it's important to remember your a human being and build self compassion!
Journaling/Writing: As “childish” as this may seem, journaling has shown to actually help out your mental health! It's good to get out our feelings to a journal if we're not ready to talk to someone we trust or we struggle with our words in person, it's good to get it all out in a journal, a place where we can feel safe emotionally.
I definitely have more tips but these are the main ones I have! I hope these might help somebody!
With ecofeminism, the political focus turns outwards. Its first premiss is that the ‘material’ resourcing of women and of nature are structurally interconnected in the capitalist patriarchal system.

theimeu: Israeli officials are being very clear about what they’re doing in Gaza: genocide and nothing less.
In the past few weeks, countless Israeli officials—including Israel’s Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu—have dehumanized Palestinians and called for genocide.
Meanwhile, they’ve bombed hospitals, refugee camps, schools, marketplaces, and countless homes inside Gaza, committing war crime after war crime after war crime.
In this time, instead of condemning the Israeli government for its genocidal words and actions, the US has backed Israel with its full force, from interfering with journalistic coverage of the atrocities Israel has committed, to sending weapons to kill Palestinian civilians.
This is unacceptable. Israel is making its intention to commit genocide very clear—and the US is cheering them on.

Men treat women and nature exactly the same. Both have the ability to create life. When men won’t interfere, both have the ability to self-regulate. Some women choose to have children, some won’t. Human populations won’t grow unsustainably when women have agency. Nature, too, has it’s own ways of maintaining balance.
Men treat both women and nature as their property, as something to use for their purposes. Men will strip a woman of her rights and use her and make her birth children for him until she dies. Men will strip nature of her rights and use her and plant monocrops and use artificial fertilizers until the land is barren and ecosystems collapse.
The male fantasy of never ending growth drives both actions, as does the male failure to consider other beings experiencing anything at all. Women and nature, we exist only for his purposes.
