Ten Shadows Technique

Yeah, let's talk about the Ten shadows technique. Again.

Ten shadows technique is derived from the lore of Tokusa no kandakara (十種神宝) or Ten sacred treasures from the Shintoism lore. These are the symbols that depict them - and most of these can also be found engraved on the shikigami summoned using the technique

Okitsukagami (Mirror of the Deep) -- Toad (Fushiguro's)

Hetsukagami (Mirror of the Shore) -- Max Elephant (both Fushiguro's and Sukuna's)

Yatsuka no tsurugi (Eight hands Long Sword) -- Makora (not engraved clearly like most, but literally in its name when Fushiguro summoned it)

Ikutama (Jewel of Life)

Makarukaeshi no tama (Jewel of Resuscitation) -- Round Deer (Sukuna's; very perfect with its use for reverse curse energy)

Tarutama (Jewel of Plenty) -- Black Jade Dog (Fushiguro's)

Chikaeshi no tama (Jewel of turning back on the Road) -- White Jade Dog (Fushiguro's). The combination of Tarutama and Chikaeshi no tama's symbols make up the symbol on Kon Jade Dog.

Orochi no hire (Snake[-repelling] Scarf)

Hachi no hire (Bee[-repelling] Scarf) -- Piercing Ox (Sukuna's)

Kusagusa no mono no hire (Scarf [to ward off] Various Things)

That leaves Nue, Escape Rabbit, and Serpent. Serpent should be ikutama by the glimpse of it, but it's unclear. So Nue and Rabbit would be Orochi no hire and Kusagusa no mono no hire.

After a few years of guessing game, we finally have the full roster of shikigami army that the Ten Shadows technique can summon. Although with unexpected twist of not one, but two users.

i don't like nobara she's rude loud & annoying, I hate the way she treats yuuji *vine boom sfx* yuki's most pronounced character trait is asking what someone's type is *boom* miwa has blue hair but no pronouns *boom* shoko is constantly being overshadowed by gojo & geto *boom* utahime's personality is hating gojo, what's her relevance to the story? *boom* tsumiki is a human-shaped plot device *boom* mai is depicted as a weak sorcerer plus she's a hater for the sake of hating, she reminds me of misogynistic women *boom* riko is a plot device in human form also *boom* uro is basically ecchi fanservice *boom* momo has been as relevant to the story as a pair of socks *boom* I have no words for remi *boom* hana's whole motivation stems from being a simp for megumi *boom* yorozu's personality literally is being a sukuna simp *boom*

maki is the only female character that has achieved real character development

I like mei mei, she's strong, independent & evil, she keeps serving cunt & boss bitch realness. I am pretending ui ui doesn't exist. *several vine boom sfx in short succesion*

gojo purposefully teaches and interacts with each of his students based on their personalities and how he thinks they would best learn and absorb information.

with yuuji it was movies and anime/pop culture analogies to understand and control his cursed energy. plus of course hands on training and combat for all of them.

with yuuta he was both logical and empathetic, cs yuta is both. he leverages yuta's sense of responsibility to help him both break his curse with Rika, and learn how to control it.

and i always see people reference gojo saying 'yikes you're kinda gloomy' in response to yuta saying he tried to kill himself as gojo being rude and insenstive. while gojo can often be rude, in this case i do believe he's trying to make light of the situation.

it's more awkward IMO! when someone pities/babies you in this situation.. making a joke/being normal is a better response, and i think that's what he was doing, trying to make yuta feel better.

with megumi i believe he was the most straighforward. megumi does not care for small talk or sugarcoating things amd beating around the bush. no matter the situation. and gojo knows this cs they've known each for 10+ yrs now. he knows how to talk to megumi and get through to him in a way that'll hit home.

their relationship seems cut and dry cs megumi is stoic and not affectionate and gojo respects that, most of the time 😄 gojo cared enough to put yuji in the room next to megumi cs he knows megumi is reclusive, so that he can make friends.

i agree gojo and megumi's relationship is more of an annoying older brother than father-son, and i love it when they bicker. anyway, i wish we could've seen more gojogumi interactions in the years they knew each. but gege man..
