Olivia Harrison Appreciation
Where do I begin? Olivia, the woman that you are! The icon that you are! It's such a shame that she's so underappreciated in this Beatles fandom because she did so much but *some fans, have this extreme attachment to George and Pattie that they failed to realise that she such a badass!
I've seen so many posts on Tiktok and Pinterest even, discrediting Olivia by saying "George looked so much better with Pattie" and blah blah blah, like EXCUSE ME?!! What does that mean??
Look at how beautiful and in love they looked. Olivia was George's true soulmate. We need to stop degrading Olivia (especially on Tiktok) for the sake of uplifting George and Pattie just because they looked "aesthetically pleasing". Someone here on Tumblr explained that George and Pattie were just young love and I agree. They were both young when they first saw each other and when they matured, they fell out of love, it was bound to happen, they were not soulmates!
Olivia Harrison is a strong and beautiful woman. She literally saved George from a crazy intruder. In 1990, she set up the Romanian Angel Appeal to help thousands of Romanian orphans after the fall of Communism and as of now is still honoring her late husband's legacy by setting up The George Harrison Fund that has helped many children who were affected by wars and natural disasters, yet *some people still try to reduce her to just George Harrison's second wife and so on.
Olivia Harrison ... the woman that you are
