Punk Can't Look a Certain Way

Okay... I'm probably a little bit wrong in my wording and this is gonna be reblogged or something, but what I'm trying to say is that you can BE punk and still not have the stereotypical punk style. Punk is about (not completely) having different beliefs, not fitting in, all that stuff. So isn't it weird that in this punk community, people are still limiting themselves, and others, to a certain style?? Wear that cute little pink skirt you love in a group of people who absolutely despise pink and despise skirts, and that's the punkest thing you could do.
