Ineffable Husbands: They spent several thousand years pining. Hell's most angelic demon and Heaven's most devilish angel. Aziraphale was the angel that guarded Eden and Crowley was the snake, and Crowley fell in love the moment Aziraphale told him that he gave Adam and Eve the flaming sword for protection when they were kicked out. They've stuck together for thousands of years, two immortals in a world populated by short mortal lifespans, the only constants in each others lives. Also they lost the antichrist and spent ten years raising a mundane human child together. Narumitsu: they knew each other as children and then spent the rest of their childhoods apart, but when Miles became a prosecuting attorney, Phoenix was inspired to drop out of art school to become a defense. they resolve arguments by duking it out in court. The timeline of the games is over ten years long and Miles doesn’t really mellow out until the end I’m pretty sure so like. If they were canon it would be in their 30’s not in their 20’s when the game starts. but also Phoenix is so obviously Miles’ gay (re?)awakening in literally chapter 2 of the first game so. take from that what you will.

Judging from official art drunk Phoenix is either happy little guy or eepy and I don’t have a conclusion I just think it’s cute

1) Mitte by sunsmasher

This fic takes a more cynical look at love but oh, the end scene is perfect, and stays with you for a looooong while. I think I've reread it at least 4-5 times. It was one of the fics that motivated me to joining Ao3 as a member, rather than a guest, so I could participate more fully with commenting and Bookmarks. My original book mark said "Still thinking about this weeks later… so brutal but not without hope."

7) The Same Thing, Self Aware by cosmogyral

Rating: M Words: 15,921 Time to read: 60 min

So well written. Ow my heart, but hold on, cosmogyral has you baby, there is hope. I love the way that Miles is written and while it hurts to see Phoenix so…asshole-ish? Jaded. I love how his path to redemption is so beautifully crafted in this story. It leaves me wanting more.

Also found in Podfic form by blotthis! Beautifully narrated and with excellent art!

Ace Attorney Narumitsu/Wrightworth Fanfiction Rec List

Currently I am not really in a writing mood, but in a reading mood! I promise I’ll write more fanfics soon, but these last few days I love to spend hours on finding and reading fanfics of others!

There are so many fantastic AA stories out there that need to be read by the fandom! :D

The friendship between the two men grows.

I’ll likely add more recs, I have read just a small part of all existing fanfics.
