TMAGP 10 SPOILERS
Relisten:
Wonder why the computer served Celia a Mr Bonzo case, just as Gwen's sent to give Bonzo a hit.
It seems so far like the computer's working against Lena, since it also showed that video to Gwen, but it could be luring Gwen and Celia in. It's definitely luring Sam to the Magnus Institute, but if there's opposing forces in the computers ... We can't really assume the voices are who we think. So we don't know much, if anything, about what they want.
Between the computers and Lena, I don't know who's closer to good, but both are sus.
Also, Colin refuses the coffee when Celia offers. I don't think he's really cutting back on caffeine.
Really looking forward to meeting the Archivist who lives in the tunnels. Can anyone catch anything in the whispers around them?

Piss on Earth, good well to men
1994 was when the "incident" with Leitner books occurred, according to MAG 4. Perhaps there's a link to the fire that burned down the Magnus Institute in TMAGP?
MGP 1 "First Shift": a critical role reference? In my good Magnus? Delightful!
Also love how the voices transition from very computerized into very human, great performances.
They who gaze into the BONZO become, themselves, a BONZO
sat through the entire hour. there's one audio glitch at 53:13 that honestly sounds like a genuine fuck up, and then the background music gets more intense around 1:00:45 as it's gearing up to end. you're welcome for this sacrifice. god is dead and mr. bonzo killed him.

Do u ever just think about the fact that the old fairy tales of wicked fey scheming to steal your life, your soul, your personality by getting your name, your home, your story, have come true in the form of advertisers buying and selling consumer data?
The fact that TMAGP begins with boot up noises -- and it's implied that Teddy turned off his computer but it turned itself back on -- establishes that we're listening from the same vantage point as whatever's in that machine. Or the system at large.
So the pub conversation is what confuses me. Is whatever's in the OIAR system on Alice's phone? She would DEFINITELY ignore regulations around not connecting personal devices to the network/etc. But is it following her intentionally, or did it just get on there? You hear camera noises while Sam talks to Colin, so it feels intentional. Malicious or beneficent, though...
The transcripts also say that Norris's and Chester's readings occurs in "CYBERSPACE," which is cool to me because TMA didn't get super deep into fears of technology (certainly cameras, keyboard eating, and uncanny automata could all be lumped in, but tech itself wasn't the "fear" - it was the eye, the spiral, and the stranger). So far technology, the complexity of it, the things lurking in spaghetti code, are front and center.
All of the stories so far have also touched on body modification, even transhumanism (esp. 3), and I can't resist thinking I KNOW where this is going. Gimme that sweet sweet .jmj 🙈
I also wonder if the mere act of categorizing these cases is constructing the new fears.
alice doing gwen's makeup :3
Participation counts for half
Can we count this one as Gwen's first murder though?
