When I created this blog: at the beginning of the year. But I'm constantly thinking of just starting over, cause I didn't really know how to have a tumblr, and I'm learning more.

Why I started this blog: I've been ghosting on tumblr for years. I love the fandom madness and it's really my only way to connect to others about a lot of topics (nerdy interests, I'm still very closeted at home, etc...) so I'm learning to make more stuff and actually put my work out here and submit to The Mortifying Ordeal Of Being Known. And also stop apologizing for everything

How I came up with my URL: I wanted to start with a cool word I dont hear a lot. So it started with requiem, and then it was a game of what Tumblr would let me have. But this is subject to change, so we'll see :)

Why I made this blog: because i freak out so much about the things i like (such as Star Trek, Sherlock, ancient Greece, etc) and im very shy so i dont share it with my fellow friends because of the fear of being seen as a weirdo. I've been trying to find motivation to work out (I've been sick so its fallen off) when it hit me. If I can work out enough, I can be a buff sword-type lady and by the time quarantines over I can find a gf and lift/carry her around. Wish me luck guys.
