He couldn't help but shift slightly in his seat, thighs tensing involuntarily. The subtle movement only seemed to amuse Mark—there was the faintest twitch of his lips mid-sentence, barely noticeable, like he knew exactly what Oscar was feeling, how hard he was fighting to keep still, to not react. And fuck, he wanted to squirm. He wanted to press his legs together, to shift away from the touch, if only to breathe properly again. But he didn’t, and he wouldn’t. Because he knew how this game worked—if he played his part right, if he stayed quiet and obedient, Mark would reward him later. That’s how it always was. Or, a lesson about patience.
