Urgent!!! Commissions open

So I live off disability benefits, and because Ive had a change in carer my payment this month has been delayed. Its been *10 DAYS* since I was supposed to be paid and its delayed until they 1. Send out a form for me to fill in and 2. Recieve said form back which could take well over another week as we Havent recieved any forms yet

I have enough food for today but not tomorrow.

Its over £600 that I was supposed to have been paid and there's less than £10 in the bank account. We have a subscription of cat food arriving monthly, next one was supposed to come tomorrow, but due to not being paid the payment of cat food did not go through and I run out of cat food That Same Day.

I have commissions open + im working on adopts.

There's not enough money to feed me + my cats, this isnt fair, I dont understand how they're allowed to delay payments like this.
