hi I saw your finally free story and I have an idea

Imagine the reader has a more twee style and after a shower the reader is kinda pretty like thick poofy wavy or curly healthy hair and nice skin stuff that wasn't noticeable because of all the dirt and blood from the factory but is after a shower and possibly has a tattoo like a ladybug with spots replaced by stars and framed by a stamp(based off a tattoo I want but you don't have to it can be a tattoo you see fit) things to really make the reader seem like an angel towards the toys

After you bathe the toys, you took a nice hot shower. You could finally get the blood and dirt stains off you and relax. You took the shampoo and conditioner and washed your hair. You have thick curly hair.

After you got out the shower, you blow dry it. Your hair was all “poofy” now. You took a hair tie and tied your hair up into a puffball.

You slipped into a t-shirt and some shorts and entered your bedroom with the toys. All eyes with on you as you exit the bedroom. You sat down on your bed with the others.

Yarnaby layed on your lap, purring as you patted his mane.

Poppy: “Wow, Angel. I never knew you had so much hair.”

Kissy flopped her hand on your head as a way to tell you she likes your hair. The mini critters jumped on you and your head.

Craftycorn: “It’s so soft like cotton candy.”

Poppy: “Can you do my hair like yours, Angel?”

Y/N: “Of course, sweetness.”

Doey noticed your tattoo on the back of your shoulder. It was a tattoo of a ladybug with stars instead of spots.

Doey: “How do you have a bug on your back?”

Y/N: “It’s a tattoo. I got it for my birthday a few years ago. It’s kind of like the hands on your belly.”

Doey: “That’s so cool! I wish I had a tattoo like that!”

Dogday: “Maybe you should get angel wings.”

You giggled at the two. This time you spend with your the toys felt so comfortable and relaxing. You can really call them family.

Okay but like, what if they didnt kill his mom and I could pretend she came back and he finally had someone to take care of him instead of always taking care of others?

I wonder what would happen if CatNap were alive (somehow) and showed up to their home. I mean, the prototype is dead so would he just show up out of nowhere and try to ask for forgiveness?

(I drew my sona in these cuz self-indulgent, but if I ever write anything it'll be a reader insert with little to no canon design.)

Design notes: Took some elements from his game model as well as his cartoon design. I think when we see him, he is emaciated and/or stretched out, the way CatNap is said to be able to stretch. Don't know if that's an ability all Smiling Critters have though. For now I'm saying it is SOMEWHAT but CatNap is the better at it by MILES. In any case, that's why he's not quite as lanky as he is in game, and is also a bit shorter.

I also he can be bipedal or quadrupedal, much like CatNap seems to be able to switch back and forth. A bit more animalistic than his cartoon counterpart, but part of that is just him not wanting to tower over the children and employees all the time, so drops down to all fours quite a bit.

The fur texture on his ears in the game cave him a floofy cocker spaniel look so I went with that instead of the less floofy ears he has in the cartoon and his original plushie.

The white pupils being absent when we see him I believe is a sign of how weak he is. When healthy, all the Bigger Bodies Smiling Critters have them, much like CatNap does.

Trying to actually keep his huge open-mouth smile at all times, unlike with my FNAF stuff where I give them more of an ability to emote. That said trying to get him to look angry or sad was a challenge. Sad I think worked okay but the one where I meant him to look angry he looks more cocky or smirky than mad. Tender moments are a bit harder too, as keeping that huge grin with more tender eyes results in him looking either drunk or horney or just like he's not taking the moment very seriously, haha.

And the story? Not sure yet, bouncing around a few ideas, though I don't think I'll have the reader and the player be the same person. Reader might be someone who came up in PlayCare alongside Dogday. Perhaps they knew each other as kids when Dogday was still human. Haven't decided how much of this Dogday remembers or at what point the reader realizes Dogday is their old friend who got "adopted".

Reader grows up the Playcare and is given a job once they're an adult. (Something something starting the brainwashing and normalization of bullshit early to make employees who are more willing to look the other way?)

Dogday somehow kept them hidden during the Hour of Joy and the reader's been living in the caves ever since. (The caves open up so much possibility for people being hidden in the factory. Much easier to say there's an unknown offshoot of a natural cave system than an unknown part of the factory.)

How are they staying fed? Uhhhh...cave mushrooms? Trips to the surface? Moss? Stale vending machine candy? I don't know yet.

Not sure how to pull a happy ending out of this horror but I'm trying. Maybe the reader convinces Dogday to leave after Ch 3 because he'd be too weak to help anyway or something? And uh...I'm just gonna pretend since he's kinda a plushie he can be sewn back together even though I'm PRETTY SURE canonically the inclusion of blood and guts makes that...not a thing.

Just remember guys...all winds blow away...eventually.

Welcome back to another story. These stories are getting so popular and I love that people are reading. Thank you for your support and please request some ideas for me to write about. Now let’s get into the story.

☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️As you all finished Breakfast, you thought the toys could play outside and enjoy some sunshine and fresh air. You bought some toys that you think the toys will enjoy.

Y/N: “Hey guys. While I was out, I bought some toys and games for you all.”

You played the bags on the kitchen table and showed them you bought more food, snacks, cats toys and catnip for Yarnaby, chalk, sport balls, hula hoops, books, board games, puzzles, coloring and story books, an inflatable pool, a trampoline, jump-ropes, a whiteboard and dry erase markers for Kissy, and a big rainbow parachute.

You gave the whiteboard and markers to Kissy so she can write or draw as a way for her to communicate.

Y/N: “How do you feel, Kissy?”

Kissy: “I feel happy, Thank you, Y/N. <3”

You smiled at her message. You turned to the other toys to see them taking out the other games.

Doey: “OH MY GOD! WHERE DID YOU FIND THIS BOOK?”

Doey pulled out a book called “The Adventures of the Word Wizard.” The little critters gathered around Doey to see the book in his hands.

Y/n: “I found it in a book store. I thought you all would like it.”

Doey: “Like it!? I love it!? Thank you so much, you don’t know how much this means to me!”

Y/n: “No problem, I can read it later. Do you guys want to go outside and play with some of these toys.”

The toys screamed yes. Knowing they were in the factory for so long, some fresh air would be nice for them. You took some activities, a table, and snacks, and went to the backyard.

You set up some games like the hula-hoops, jump-ropes, the trampoline, sport balls, and the rainbow parachute out for the toys. You placed snacks and drinks on the table.

The mini critters and Doey ran to the activities, running and playing with each other. You, Poppy, Kissy, and Yarnaby were sitting in the grass near some flowers.

Kissy and Poppy were make flower crowns and Yarnaby laid his head on your lap, purring as you patted head.

You looked over to the other toys. The mini critters playing with Doey, playing soccer, jumping on the trampoline, playing with the hula-hoops or jump-ropes.

You smiled seeing them happy, not worrying about food, being hunted by the doctor or the Prodotype.

Poppy: “Hey, angel! Here!”

Poppy headed you a flower crown made with Daisies and Lilies.

Y/n: “Thank you, Poppy!”

Kissy placed a flower crown on Yarnaby’s head.

Poppy: “I still can’t thank you enough for everything. Saving us, letting us into your home, and stopping the Prototype.”

Y/n: “You don’t need to thank me. You guys deserve this, away from the factory, from the employees, and from the abuse.”

Poppy and Kissy’s eyes filled with tears.

Poppy: “Thank you, Angel.”

Kissy grabbed you into a hug and Poppy and Yarnaby joined.

Y/n: “Aww, you guys.”

The hugs lasted a few minutes, until an idea popped in your head. You broke from the hug and ran to the Rainbow parachute.

Y/n: “Hey guys, come over here!”

The toys came over to where you were standing.

Y/n: “Okay, everyone grab part of the parachute.”

Everyone but Yarnaby and Poppy, grabbed the parachute.

Y/n: “Okay, now lift it up and down. Yarnaby, Poppy, you two sit under the parachute.”

You all lift the parachute up and down.

Doey: “This is fun!”

Bobby Bearhug: “The parachute is so beautiful!”

Yarnaby was running under the parachute with Poppy.

Poppy: “These colors are so pretty!”

Y/n: “Okay, now when I say go, run under the parachute.”

You all lifted the parachute up.

Y/n: “Okay, Now!”

You all ran under the parachute and sat down to see the colors of the rainbow.

Craftycorn: “Wow!”

Hoppy Hopscotch: “It’s looks just like ours drawings.”

Dogday: “Look at all the colors!”

Y/n: “Isn’t just beautiful?”
