hi hun! a little self-indulgent request, but would you be able to write a fic where eddie helps the reader during a panic attack? like maybe she’s dealing with a stressful situation and she doesn’t like asking for help so she kept all her emotions bottled up until she just brakes down. honestly, you can take this in any direction you want bc i trust your vision completely!
hope you’re doing well 🤍
Bestie, this is the perfect request to fulfill for me right now and I hope it can help you find some peace the next time you need it.
"Hey, Y/n, you in here?" A curious voice rings out across the women's bathroom and the door shuts loudly with a bang. My soft sniffles cease as my eyes flutter shut in frustration, not realizing he had followed me all the way out here.
"Eddie! This is the women's bathroom-"
"It's nine o'clock on a school night, sweetheart, no one cares but you." I pout, my fingers itching to reach out to turn the lock and let him into my stall but anxiety swirls in my belly at the sight of his sneakers under the door. He knocks gently on the door and I can sense that he's leaning up against the cool metal, sighing softly under his breath. "Wanna tell me what's going on?" He asks, his voice softer than usual and much kinder compared to the screeching that comes out of him in the middle of DnD campaigns.
"Just needed a breather." I huff, reaching up to wipe angrily at my eyes, wishing the pathetic tears would just stop so I wouldn't have to explain the mascara streaking down my cheeks.
"On the toilet? Kind of weird if you ask me-"
"Stop picking on me." I grumble, leaning against the door opposite of him, wanting nothing more than to reach through the metal and to link my fingers with his and to feel his arms around me in a moments notice at the sight of my red, teary eyes.
"Alright, alright." He laughs sheepishly and I can picture the blush that spreads across his cheeks, the blush that's almost evident in the way he speaks. "You can talk to me, ya know? It's the perk of being best friends with the biggest loner in all the land." He offers sweetly and my eyes flutter shut once more, a bittersweet smile stretching across my lips.
"There's just a lot going on." I mutter under my breath, a gentle weight being lifted off of my shoulders at the confession, not realizing until now how heavy all of my thoughts have been. I've always been good at holding them in until I talk about them and everything comes crashing down.
"Well, if you don't want to talk, do you want a hug?" He offers but I hesitate, my fingers reaching up to flick the lock and let him in but I don't, I just pause. "I'm notorious for my hugging skills." He hums, tapping once more at the metal.
"I guess I could use a hug." I sigh, opening the door slowly to reveal myself to Eddie, watching his eyes make a once over of me, his beautiful eyes saddening at the sight of me so tired and broken. He doesn't say anything, just reaches forward to pull me into his arms, wrapping them tightly around my waist and pulling me almost off of the ground. My arms don't hesitate to wrap around his neck, playing with the short curls at the back of his neck and I tuck my face into his shoulder.
"I've got you."
It's the three simple words that send me into a spiral, the tears leaving my eyes faster than I can control. He only holds me tighter though probably confused at my sudden out cry, my lips parting as sobs wrack through my trembling body. He grips my waist as if I'll evaporate into thin air but I hold him just as tight, like a lifeline that I never knew I needed until right now.

Summary: Bucky doesn’t respect the rules of a communal kitchen.
Warning: Language and a messy kitchen
A/N: This is what happens when @aubzylynn sends me links to help me overcome writer’s block.
Steve hurried into the kitchen that morning, following the sound of yelling and breaking dishes. He was torn between surprise and resignation at the sight that greeted him.
There was broken glass on the floor, remnants of some poor cup or bowl that had gotten stuck in the crossfire. The blender was tipped on its side, a half-blended smoothie spilling out across the counter and dripping onto the floor. Benny Goodman’s “Sing, Sing, Sing” was blaring from the stereo, adding a decidedly ridiculous air of dramatics to the scene playing out in the kitchen. You were perched on your knees on top of the kitchen island whacking Bucky with a wet dish rag which snapped with a painful sound every time it made contact. Bucky had his metal arm raised defensively in front of his face while he chucked pieces of frozen fruit at you with the other.
“Children. I’m living with children,” Steve sighed, hooking his arm around your waist and dragging you off the counter.
“Steve, put me down! No, listen, he deserves it this time!” you whined, struggling to escape his hold on you or at least to put your feet on the ground.
“I didn’t even do anything! I was just trying to make a smoothie, and she came in and started going psycho!” Bucky protested.
“That son of a bitch stole my yogurt!” you yelled, and Steve was forced to devote both arms to holding you as you continued to try to wiggle free.
“How was I supposed to know it was yours? We share a kitchen! I wasn’t aware your dairy was off limits!”
“Alright,” Steve cut in, tossing you lightly onto the couch as you shrieked in protest. He placed a firm hand on your shoulder to keep you from rising. “Buck, go buy her more yogurt.”
“What!?”
“You know how ridiculous she is about food. You either go buy her more, or she’s just going to keep hitting you,” Steve sighed tiredly
“This is bullshit!”
“What’s bullshit is you used all my yogurt to try to make your freaky smoothie! You can’t put plums in a smoothie, idiot! It doesn’t work!”
“You’re the worst.”
“You’re the worst.”
“I hate both of you.”

i love your whole dad!steve concept it truly makes my heart burst! set in the singlemom!reader verse, could you do something where it’s steve’s birthday and the reader surprises him with an adoption certificate asking him to adopt the baby?
That would be the CUTEST THING. Oh yes, I’m so excited for this! I have to use this gif because imagine how stunned and surprised and just shocked in general he would be. My heart 😭 (also, fun fact: I ended up including my little fur baby’s name in here)
“Surprise!”
“Jesus Christ! You scared the shi- uh crap out of me!”
Steve put a hand to his chest, eyeing the toddler in your arms, glad he’d caught the swear just in time. These days, she was repeating anything she heard so he’d tried to be extra careful what he said when he was around her.
“Happy birthday, Steve,” you smiled, putting the little girl in your arms down so she could greet him too.
She went flying the short distance between you and Steve, running over to him to hug his legs.
“Happee birfday daddy!” she squealed, wrapping her small arms around his legs.
He smiled, bending down to pick her up.
“Thank you baby girl and mommy,” he said looking over at you, the smile lighting his face.
“I got you pwesent,” she said, beaming up at her daddy.
“Did you now? What did you get me? Hmm, a tie?”
She shook her head emphatically.
You raised a brow, amused, “You? I’m a tie?”
He stuck his tongue out at you, playfully.
“Let’s see,” Steve resumed his guessing game with his and your daughter, “Is it…a book?”
“No!” she grinned.
“Is it your favorite stuffed bunny named Hoppy?”
“No, silwee!” she giggled.
Still working on her pronunciation of the word, “silly” came out much cuter and funnier than it should’ve, causing Steve to laugh with joy.
“Is it a million kisses for daddy?” he asked again, then started attacking her face with kisses, giving her numerous ones all over her face.
The little girl squealed with joy. It was one of her favorite things her daddy did, was give kisses.
“Mommy have pwesent,” she finally said when Steve stopped, pointing towards you.
You held a print out caked shaped design that the toddler had “painted”. But, at the top, you’d done a little activity with her. You’d dipped her entire finger into different paints and made a few “candles” out of her finger prints at the top of the cake. It had turned out adorable.
“What is this?” Steve asked, taking the picture, looking at it.
The smile hadn’t left his face yet, but it grew even brighter as he looked at the picture.
“Did you do this for me, sweetie?” he asked.
Your daughter nodded with a smile.
“Mommy hepped.”
“Mommy helped?” he translated.
“Yesh.”
“Well, I love it,” he kissed the top of her head, “Thank you so much princess.”
“You welcome, daddy.”
“The kids, Robin, Eddie, Nancy and Joyce all dropped off their presents earlier,” you chuckled, nodding to the pile of wrapped presents and gift bags on the couch, “The living room looks like Christmas currently.”
Joyce and Mrs. Wheeler were hosting a cook out party for Steve at the Wheeler’s house this weekend for everyone to gather and celebrate your boyfriend, but most of the gang had decided to drop off their gifts for him early, on his actual birthday. Today, he was celebrating with you and your daughter.
“Well I guess that means someone is going to have to help open all those presents. Who should it be?” Steve tapped his chin, thinking.
“Meme! Meme! Meme! Pwease, daddy?”
“Well, since you asked so nicely, of course you can.”
He kissed her cheek.
“What’s for dinner? It smells amazing in here,” he said, following you further into the kitchen.
“I fixed spaghetti since the munchkin requested it,” you said, sparing the little girl an amused glance, “I hope that’s okay.”
“Pagetti!” she cheered.
“Well, then I’m in luck because your spaghetti is my favorite,” he smiled, giving you a kiss as well.
“No,” your baby whined, trying to pull Steve’s face away from you.
She was currently going through a bit of a jealous phase where she wanted Steve’s attention at all times.
“Hey, now that’s not nice, sweetheart. There’s enough of daddy to share okay? See, look. I can give you a kiss as well.”
He kissed her cheek, then her forehead to prove his point.
“Now, can you say sorry to mommy?”
“I sowwy,” she frowned, not liking to upset either one of you.
“It’s okay sweetheart,” you soothed, running a hand over her hair.
“Go get cleaned up, dinner is almost ready, okay?” you told Steve.
“You heard what mommy said. Let’s go wash our hands okay?” he bounced her in his arms.
“Oh I got a present for you, too, but I’ll give it to you later, if that’s alright?” you said.
“Oh,” he smirked, “That’s more than alright.”
“Steve!” you huffed, hitting his chest playfully, “That’s not what I meant.”
“Alright, but can it be arranged? It is my birthday after all. I deserve some dessert.”
He gave you a grin, with a suggestive little wiggle of his brows before he walked out with the little girl, heading towards the bathroom.
“Besides cake, I mean!” he hollered.
You laughed, shaking your head at the audacity of him.

It wasn’t until after yours and Steve’s daughter was down for the night that you got the chance to give Steve your present.
True to his word, he’d let her help him open his gifts. She was a mess after the spaghetti dinner though, so bath time came first. Per Steve’s request, you and he gave her a bath together. She absolutely loved the extra attention, having both mom and dad with her for bath time was a rare occurrence. It was usually one or the other.
While Steve got her into her pajamas, you drained the bathwater and cleaned up the bathroom, not leaving it for later when you knew you’d be too tired to deal with the mess.
With hair still wet from the bath and in fresh pajamas, Steve set her in his lap and let her help him open presents. He let her pick which one to start with and it was off from there. You had a kick watching both of them, the toddler just as excited as Steve was. You appreciated how he included her in so much; you appreciated it more than he probably knew.
It wasn’t until the last few presents that her energy drained and the tell-tale signs of her sleepiness kicked in. She was yawning and rubbing her eyes, beginning to fuss at the mention of bedtime.
She fell fast asleep just before the last present and after opening it as quietly as he could—even though it didn’t disturb her the slightest—Steve carried her to bed and tucked her in.
He was tidying up the floor when you walked back in the room, picking up the pieces of wrapping paper and tissue paper from gift bags that had been carelessly thrown by an excited two and a half year old.
You hid the gift behind your back as you entered, biting your lip nervously. You were afraid that he might not like it as much as you’d hoped he would when you’d first received it. It was a medium sized rectangular gift box, wrapped in birthday wrapping paper, but it was what was inside that was the true gift.
Steve was chuckling to himself when you first entered and now he looked up, seeing you, filling you in on what was amusing him so much.
“I can’t believe Henderson got me four cans of Farrah Fawcett hairspray. What a kid.”
“Steve? Why don’t you sit down?”
Sensing your somber mood, he sat on the couch.
“What’s up?”
You sat down next to him, revealing the present from behind your back.
“Happy birthday.”
“Sweetheart, you didn’t have to get me anything,” he smiled, wrapping an arm around you, pulling you into him before kissing your temple.
“I know. But I wanted to. Go ahead, open it.”
He tore into the wrapping paper at a much more normal speed than that of the excited toddler earlier. He peeled away the wrapping to see the gift box you knew was underneath. He peered at you curiously before lifting the lid.
Inside, nestled in tissue paper was a small stack of papers. Steve’s brows crinkled in confusion as his eyes scanned over the paper on top.
“What’s this?” he asked.
He looked back down at his gift, his eyes widening when they landed on the word “adoption”.
“Is this…?” he started, not quite sure how to finish his sentence.
“It’s adoption papers. To legally adopt baby girl. Make her a Harrington,” you finished for him.
He stared at you, blinking. Then he set the box aside, taking your face in his hands. His thumbs stroked your cheeks gently.
“Are you sure?” he whispered.
You saw tears in his eyes. You also saw a smile on his face. He was so happy and that erased any nerves you’d felt before he’d opened it.
“I’ve never been so sure of anything in my life.”
He kissed you then, holding your face firmly in his hands, trying to convey his gratefulness, his happiness, his love, in the single kiss.
As if that hadn’t been enough, he made sure you knew his answer when you two had parted.
“I’d love to adopt her.”
It was the best birthday Steve had ever had.
Can I request a fluffy Joseph Quinn x fem. reader long oneshot where it’s Joseph’s Birthday and reader surprises Joseph with a present and inside the wrapped present is a sonagram picture and a baby onesie that has a special message on it?
( I know exactly what I want the onesie to say, so I will send you a picture of what I want it to say.) ☺️❤️
ofc! sorry I got back to you so late
here's the onesie
You looked down at your stomach and beamed. Anxiety filled your body but you knew deep down that Joseph would be elated.
You grinned as you heard footsteps, casting a few last minute glances at the table.
“Happy Birthday, Joey!” you exclaimed, as Joseph stepped down the stairs groggily.
“Aw, thank you, love,” he croaked, he gave you a lopsided grin as he wrapped his arms around you. “Wow, you did not have to do all this. It’s five am, baby, why were you up so early?”
“Shut up and eat,” you laughed, guiding him to the table.
“Yes, ma’am,” he said, nodding. He sat down and began eating. “I should just fake sick. Stay home all day with you.”
“No, Joe, you have to go today. I still have some things to set up!” you exclaimed, rubbing his shoulder. You looked down once more before sitting down next to Joe.
+++
It was late. About nine pm. You heard the garage open. You quickly put out the couple boxes of gifts, putting the most important one in the certain. You were practically shaking with nerves.
“Hellooo!” exclaimed Joseph, walking into the living room nonchalantly. He wrapped his arms around you and pressed a kiss to your forehead. “You’re shaking. What’s going on? Are you cold?” he asked, rubbing your arms.
“No, no, I’m fine!” you insisted. “Are you ready to open presents?”
“Hell yeah,” he said, beaming. He sat down.
One by one, you handed him the presents.
“One left, okay?” you said, handing him the present.
“Okay,” he said, smiling eagerly. He gently pulled the wrapping paper off the gift to reveal a box. He grabbed the pocket knife that you had brought over and cut open the box and pulled out the small cloth that was inside. His face scrunched up and he unfolded it. He read it and dropped it almost a second later. His eyes were impossibly wide and his jaw was hanging open.
Your eyes filled with tears – happy tears – and you nodded. He jumped up, beaming widely.
“Oh my god,” he whispered, his throat and eyes stinging from the tears. “Oh my god, Y/N! We’re going to– we’re parents!”
“Yeah!” you exclaimed, crying happily into his arms. He picked you up and spun you around.
“We’re parents!” he repeated, some tears falling down his cheeks as he beamed widely.

Summary whenever you come home from a mission Steve feels the need to be touching you at all times
DO NOT REPOST ON ANY OTHER APPS/WEBSITES. THE ONLY PLACE THIS FIC IS ON IS TUMBLR.
Warnings fluff
Steve wasn’t really a clingy person but when you come back from a mission, you saw a different side to america’s golden boy.
As soon as the quinjet landed, Steve was running over, waiting for you to walk out. He picked you up and walk ed into the compound with your legs wrapped around his waist and your bag over his shoulder.
He didn’t put you down until you reached the living room on your shared floor: he put your bag on the table and sat on the couch with you on his lap.
“I missed you so much baby,” Steve mumbled into the crook of your neck.
“I missed you too stevie,” you replied, running your hands through his soft locks of hair.
You stayed like that for a while until your stomach grumbled. This made Steve chuckle and pick you up again.
“What do you want to eat darlin’?” he asked.
“I’m thinking takeout from that Thai place we went to before I went on this mission.”
“That sounds like a good idea babe. I’ll call them and you can go and get some blankets to make the couch more comfy,” he said, kissing your forehead and putting you down.
You walked into your shared bedroom and grabbed every blanket in sight (there were many since you loved to hoard blankets) and arranged them on the couch. Then, you grabbed the pillows off your bed and arranged them so both you and Steve would be comfy.
A few minutes later, Steve walked into the living room and laid down on the couch with his head on your lap.
“They said it should be here in 15-20 minutes,” Steve told you with a smile on his face since you had started to play with his hair.
“That means we can start a film. What do you want to watch baby?”
“What was the film you said you wanted to watch with me before you went on the mission?”
“Are you talking about A Muppets Christmas Carol?”
“Yeah, that one.”
“We can watch that baby, I just gotta find it on Disney+ first.”
Not many people knew this but Steve loved musicals, he didn’t know why but theres something so magical about them that always captivated him. He doesn’t tell many people this fact about him though since he’s a bit embarrased about it (he was almost too embarrassed to tell you but a few kisses sorted that issue out.)
You pressed play on the remote and saw a smile creep onto Steve’s face. You loved to see him so happy.
15 minutes into the film you were alerted by F.R.I.D.A.Y that someone was at the gates with a delivery for you.
“I’ll go and get it darlin’” Steve told you, smiling.
It wasn’t long before Steve was back. You grabbed you food and sat on the couch. Steve walked over to you but he didn’t sit on the couch, he sat between your legs- you had already put a few pillows and blankets there on the floor, knowing Steve would sit there. He rested his head against your left leg while he ate his food and watched the tv.
Once the both of you had finished eating, Steve wrapped his arm around your left leg and gave your thigh a kiss. This didn’t look like anything special, but to Steve it was a perfect level of intimacy for him and his slight clingyness.
This being accompanied by you constantly running your hands through his hair made him feel happy and content that you where home but also that you were ok with his need to be touching you at that moment.

Pairing: Eddie Munson x Female!Reader
Word Count: 1.1k
Summary: During a movie night, Eddie’s father makes a surprise visit. Eddie defends you, past trauma is brought up, and you remind Eddie that he is nothing like him.
Warning: Swearing, fighting, mentions of previous abuse, blood, angst
A/N: I most certainly used lyrics from Family Line by Conan Gray in this.
It was a Friday night; you and Eddie were having your weekly movie date at his trailer. Your head resting on Eddie’s chest, his arms wrapped tightly around your waist. The movie was halfway through when you heard knocking at the door, startling the both of you. Eddie got up from the couch, grumbling about who could possibly be coming at this time of night.
Eddie opened the door but not even a second later tried to close it again. You didn’t get a chance to see who it was before you saw a boot stop the door from closing and a man pushing his way in. The older man had short, dark, curly hair and brown eyes. There was no mistaking who it could have been.
“What? You aren’t gonna greet your old man, son?” Eddie’s father asked. Your heart rate picked up. Eddie never talked much about him. All you knew was that he was a criminal and Eddie despised the man.

“Does he ever smile?” you sighed dramatically, flopping onto the couch beside Peter.
Peter barely looked up from his book. “Derek? No. I’m fairly certain the last time he did, a solar eclipse occurred.”
You groaned, sinking deeper into the cushions. “I knew dating him would be a challenge, but come on! I cracked tenperfect jokes today, and all I got was a broody eyebrow raise.”
Peter smirked, finally lowering his book. “That is his version of enthusiasm.”
You pointed at him. “You get it! So why can’t he?”
Peter chuckled, setting his book down. “Because my dear nephew has the personality of a wet paper towel. But I’ll admit…” He leaned in slightly, his voice lowering conspiratorially. “Watching you try to break him is highlyentertaining.”
Your lips curled into a grin. “Glad someone appreciates my comedic genius.”
“Oh, I appreciate more than that,” Peter mused, eyes glinting.
You rolled your eyes but couldn't fight the smile. “Focus, Hale. I need to figure out a way to make Derek laugh. Or at least smirk.”
Peter hummed thoughtfully, then snapped his fingers. “Tickle him.”
You blinked. “What?”
“Derek’s a wolf. Wolves have heightened senses. Which means he has to be ticklish somewhere.” Peter grinned like the devil himself. “Imagine his face if you just… went for it.”
Your eyes widened. “Peter. You’re a genius.”
“I know,” he replied smugly.
Not even a minute later, Derek walked into the loft, looking—as always—like he carried the weight of the world on his shoulders.
You shot Peter a look. He arched a brow, silently encouraging you.
Alright. Time to see if Peter’s theory holds up.
With the most innocent expression you could muster, you walked up to Derek, wrapping your arms around his waist. “Hey, babe.”
Derek sighed, already softening under your touch. “Hey.”
Then—attack.
Your fingers dug into his sides, wiggling furiously.
Derek jolted. “What the—?!”
He grabbed your wrists, scowling, but there was something else—a twitch of his lips, a barely restrained laugh.
“Oh. My. God.” You gasped, eyes widening. “You’re ticklish.”
Derek glared at you. “No, I’m not.”
“You so are!” You lunged again, but this time, he caught you, hoisting you over his shoulder in a warning hold.
You squealed, laughing. “Derek, admit it!”
Peter, still on the couch, was openly grinning. “This is the most fun I’ve had in years.”
Derek groaned, setting you down with an exasperated sigh. But as he turned away, you caught it—a tiny, barely-there smirk.
Your mouth dropped. “Wait. Was that—”
Peter clapped dramatically. “Ladies and gentlemen, she did it. She made the sour wolf smile.”
Derek shook his head, muttering, “You two are the worst.”
But you saw it again. That flicker of amusement.
Mission accomplished.

@alexxavicry
He calling her Mommy. I'm dying here.
“Babe?”
Eddie’s voice echoes through the house, letting you know he’s finally home from work.
Making your way down the stairs, now dressed in a pair of pajamas, your eyes take in his post-work look. A pair of coveralls with the arms now tied around his waist, after a long hot day, showing off the black tank worn underneath.
His hair thrown messily up into a bun with his black and white bandana wrapped around his head.
The smile that lights up his face when he sees you melts away some of the mess of feelings that had been simmering throughout the day.
“Hi, baby.”
Something in his hand catches your attention. You tilt your head a bit to get a better look before his arm shoots back behind his back.
You look up as he begins biting his bottom lip, watching you with a sparkle in his eyes as he sways back and forth on his feet.
“What’s that?” You question as you mirror Eddie, placing your own hands behind your back, swaying from side to side giddily.
He immediately jumps into telling you about his stop for a second coffee, “you know the little coffee shop on the corner across the street from the park?”
You nod along maybe a bit too enthusiastically.
He chuckles before continuing, “well, I saw this little guy and I knew you would love it.”
He holds up a crocheted dinosaur in front of your face. But, not just any dinosaur. A stegosaurus.
Your favorite.
With fingers reaching out, you touch the softness of the dinosaur that was shaped into an orange slice, running your fingers along the four spikes along its back as a smile spreads across your face.
“Eds.”
Your response comes out more watery than intended, the emotions from the day spilling over as you take in the fond look staring back at you.
“I just wanted to make you smile, sweetheart.”
The words left unspoken are what sent you into his arms, taking the dinosaur with you.
