NO MEANS NO but so does: “i don’t feel like it” “not right now” “i’m not sure” “i’m not comfortable with this” “i don’t like that” “let’s just chill”

There’s More To A Relationship Than Romance
There’s no doubt that one of the greatest things about being in a relationship is the romantic connection and the chemistry that you share. But there’s more to a solid relationship than just romance and physical attraction. When you take the time to build a strong relationship with someone you can enjoy these added benefits that often outlast any lust or chemistry:
Friendship. Many romantic relationships turn into close friendships and this is one of the greatest rewards of being in a relationship. Not only do you have someone to go on dates with, but you often find your best friend and gain a wonderful friendship. When you spend lots of time with someone and open yourself up to them, it’s only natural that you become friends. As your relationship grows, so will your friendship.
Support. Being in a relationship means that there’s always someone there who has your back. When times are tough, when everyone else turns against you, and when you need a shoulder to cry on, your partner should be there to support you and give you what you need. It’s not always glamorous, but having someone who will support you through thick and thin is one of the greatest rewards of a relationship.
A sounding board. Your partner should be one of your closest confidants, someone who you can talk to about just about anything. They are someone you can vent to, bounce ideas off of, talk to when you’re excited about something, or even just someone to chat to when you’re bored. You don’t have to keep things bottled up inside when you’re in a relationship and have someone that you can talk to instead.
