💗💘 Tips For Age Regressing 💘💗

Hi y'all, Ducky here!! These tips are things that help me regress I hope they can help y'all out too!

🍒💘- listen to music from your favorite littlespace movies and tv shows (I made a playlist with lots of soundtracks to listen to when I'm little)

🦄🎀- try not to overthink stuff, for example: if you like to watch a certain show or movie and it puts you into a little space/happiness don't worry if it isn't in the right age ranges, bcuz that overthinking makes it hard to allow yourself to get into/stay in littlespace.

🧜🏻‍♀️💘- be how a kid would be, just give yourself permission and allow yourself to enjoy things fully, it takes some practice so be kind to yourself.

🌈💗- I struggle with intrusive thoughts due to my mental illness and when those happen I just say to myself "it's ok sweetheart don't listen to those thoughts it's all ok!" You kinda have to be your own parent when bad thoughts happen.

🍓💖- getting comfy in PJs (or your comfy clothes), snuggle in your blankets with stuffies.

🧸🎀- watching kids tv shows and movies that make you happy allows you to slip easier.

🌸💝- remember that your big kid problems/issues aren't going anywhere, you don't have to worry about everything going on in your life that you might miss when you are in littlespace, allow yourself to know that it will be ok if you give yourself time to regress.

☀️💘- making sticker charts for self care and chores, everytime you complete a task you will get sticker! It helps you be able to to big kid tasks while in littlespace so you don't get stressed out.

I want to drink milk out of a sippy cup while playing animal crossing. I want to cuddle up in my blankies watching cartoons. I want to be made little snacks and taken care of.
