Okay so originally he was going to eat you, like he would fatten you up and until you were ripe enough and then he would devour you.

You were hiding in a tree from some wolf hybrids who wanted to eat you and he happened to be in the same tree you were in. He caught you off guard and wrapped his tail around you like a vice keeping you trapped. He saw you as an easy target and he took you to his den and made sure that there was nowhere you could run. He kept you right where he wanted you.

You’ve tried to escape him a few times before but hearing the rattle sound of his tail instantly made you freeze in place and you moved away from the exit and away from freedom. At night he would keep you close to him in order to make sure you didn’t run away in the night.

But after a while of having you by his side his original plan of eating you was tossed aside when he saw just how cute you were. They way your tears rolled down your chubby cheeks when you were afraid or sad, how your cute little bunny ears mimic the adorable expressions you made, or when your tail wagged when you were happy or excited and the way you flopped down on your back or side when you were exhausted.

God, he thought you the most adorable thing in the world. He was like, “How could I eat such a cute little thing.” So he kept you but instead of viewing you as a source of food he now saw you as more of a companion or a friend.

A few months pass and he now feels all these weird feelings towards you. Like when he’s near you he feels warmth spread in his chest and his face, his tail slightly wags on the ground when you smile or laugh with him, and sometimes he catches himself staring at you in a yearning kinda way.

It finally clicks one night when he sleeps with you. He can’t help but feel embarrassed and worried. Would you feel the same if he confessed his feelings or would you run away in disgust. He didn’t know and the thought of you leaving him terrified him.

He looks down at your sleeping form and he can’t help but admire your body. Your soft round cheeks that look adorable when you puff them out in annoyance when he teases you, your cute round tummy that poked out through your clothes, your thighs that seem to always be soft and doughy-like and your plump and soft lips that look so kissable.

He watches as your chest rises and falls with every soft breath you take. He has to suppress the urge to kiss you but ultimately fails as he presses a soft kiss to your cheek. He wraps his arms around you and pulls you until you're flushed against his chest.

Eventually he talks in the morning about his ever growing feelings towards you. He’s expecting to be met with fear and disgust but instead he feels your warm hand wrap around his slightly colder one. You talked about how you feel the same way about him.

The look of innocence and sweetness makes him want to protect and mate with you right then and there but he holds back for you. He didn’t want to rush you into something you didn’t feel comfortable with.

He feels so relieved and happy to have such a cute little mate like you. He started pressing kisses all over your cute round face. He smiles as he hears you giggle and laugh from his action. He pulls away and pulls your body close to his, he looks into your eyes seeing only happiness and adoration. He takes your hand and presses a kiss to it.

“I promise to protect you and also be a good mate.” He whispers against your hand. He feels your cotton tail wagging and smiles. He looks up and sees your bashful smile which makes his smile widen even more.

Nobody Has To Understand.

How he found out about you, you don't know.

It started over the internet. He was one of your social media best friends and you didn't have anyone else that you spoke to as much as you did with him.

When he first started talking to you, you thought he was a bot because he was way too fucking gorgeous to just be interested in someone like you.

You sucked. Literally, you were a weirdo, but he stuck around.

He stalked you on all of your platforms and by some luck, happened to live in Japan in the same town as you did(well, one of his apartments in Japan was in a similar area).

So you two met up when he convinced you to have a drink at a cafe with him that was close to the area you both lived in. It took a lot of begging and pleading to get you to leave the house and meet him because it just felt like a humongous prank that you weren't in on and/or he'd flank out on you because you weren't what he'd expect.

But he constantly remained patient and kept attempting to convince you to meet up with him because he wanted to see you in person soooo bad.

So you actually showered and actually wore clean clothes(comfortable and loose clothing that wasn't entirely appropriate for meeting a possible new friend) and tried to look as presentable as possible.

You trying your hardest with your appearance felt like a blow to your already low ego when he showed up looking straight out of a magazine. His clothes were casual, but it looked like expensive material. What he used on his face to make it shine the way it did probably cost a lot of money, and that smile.

You hated how attractive he looked. But he couldn't have been happier to finally see you in person.

He felt so pulled towards you and your bland aura. Like he could fill in the spots that you couldn't, and that way, you two would be a perfect pair. He saw so much potential in having a possible relationship with you, it wasn't funny.

You were extremely nervous and messed with your own slides underneath the table. Satoru was comfortable and confident enough to take the reins that entire day.

Ever since that first meeting, he's been paying for everything on your behalf. He paid for all of your meals, paid for your ubers, paid for your rent eventually, paid for your groceries, everything.

He knew he loved you. He loved your bedhead, loved your puffy face when you woke up from your sixth nap of the day, loved how warm you always felt, loved your voice and everything in between.

He never had a problem with telling you how much he loved you either.

It felt so unreal and it made you paranoid when he confessed his feelings to you that one night. It was the day after your birthday and he promised to make you the happiest girl in the world. And he said in order to give you what you deserve, he felt he needed to give all of himself to you as well. It didn't click in your head at first, but when it did, you felt as happy as you did scared.

Why did he love you so much? Put so much time into you and so much energy into your needs? Was he going to leave randomly when he's had his fill with you?

He could always read you like a book and automatically reassured what he wants out of you, which was just you. He just wanted you to be the best you that you could be, and that's all he needs to keep giving.

You stopped asking ever since.

Monika- Cis girl (She/It) but in a forest deity type of way. Definitely has a love for music [Piano] and poetry. She is very much a lover girl when she falls in love with someone. Definitely Onmisexual (Pref for Guys) They have signs of ADHD but it was never confirmed whether she has it or not but the signs are there. [Parents didn’t get her checked out.] She prefers cold/warm foods and drinks. <— (Projection) She’s not a fan of people who dislike their friends or people who bash their friend’s interests. She definitely has depression if you know her well enough you can tell when their mood changes or when their happy go lucky facade is breaking. Sayori likes milk but prefers strawberry milk over chocolate. She definitely listens to Taylor Swift and Meghan Trainor. (Definitely listen to Love Story by Talyor on repeat.)

Yuri- Demigirl (She/Her) She feels like a girl but not at the same time. She is lesbian demisexual in my opinion. She gives off Toriel (Undertale) vibes. She loves horror but something tells me she likes reading about women’s history as well. (Specifically Jeanne d'arc, Emilia Plater, and Empress Sisi’s stories.) I headcanon her to have Autism <— (Projection) and some obsessive traits. I also hc that she and Sayori go to therapy together. She also doesn’t like to admit it but she sometimes likes reading with Natsuki. [I like to think that they trade books with each other but they think of each other as well.] [Like Natsuki will maybe pick up a manga that has a few scary elements in it for Yuri while Yuri will try to find a horror or thriller book that is not too scary for Natsuki.] Definitely listen to Mitski, Marina and maybe The Neighborhood.

Natsuki- Transfem (She/Her) I hc her as Bi-Questioning. Like she knew she liked men but when she looks at pretty girls she can feel her heart flutter and a small blush spread across her face. [She also started to question herself when she noticed herself liking some females in the manga she reads.] She definitely has a lot of anxiety from her father’s outbursts. Which developed a lot of problems for her like being very reserved, she tends to push people away and has built a very high wall to keep people out but she desperately craves friendship and something like a sisterhood and she loves manga and short stories. Listens to Lana Del Ray, Olivia Rodrigo and possibly Mother Mother

MC- Demiboy (He/They) Definitely Aroace [Specifically Lithromantic Gray-Ace] He is very much neurotypical. He originally came to the clubroom to get with the girls but after a while his attraction towards the girls faded and they kinda stayed because they liked the girls company and because he was getting the hang of poem writing thanks to Monika. They give off Kris vibes from Deltarune. [Appearance wise] Very much introverted and socially awkward towards people and is a bit dense. He is a gamer but tends to stick to chill games rather than action pack ones. (Ex: Stardew Valley, Abzu, Animal Crossing.) But on rare occasions he does play Detroit becomes human, Untitled Goose Game, and Life is Strange. He listens to Will Wood, Pitbull, and James Arthur.

All together HCs-

Natsuki and MC both team up to try to convince Monika and Yuri that manga and graphic novels are literature. [I headcanon that MC likes reading graphic novels.]

I hc Monika suggests that they could do book reviews and recommendations sometimes for a club meeting instead of just doing poems.

Like I said before Yuri, Sayori are therapy buddies (They're also trying to get Natsuki to go to therapy but Natsuki is stubborn and says that she doesn’t need therapy.) (She very much does need it 😹)

Yuri and Natsuki spend time with each other in bookstores, cute cafes and maybe even at Yuri’s house doing a variety of things. From reading to binge watching shows to listening to random podcasts and music.

Monika and Sayori are such hopeless romantics wanting to be loved and appreciated by a significant other.

Sometimes the group will go to someone’s house and watch movies together. Everyone gets there early so everyone can have a turn picking a movie.

Everyone in the club has codenames for when they're talking shit about someone (That’s not in the club..)

Everyone cares and loves each other in many different ways.

Yuri and Monika often try different teas together and tell each other how they feel about it.

Sayori tries her best to help Natsuki with her eating habits. (Like sharing her lunch or carrying around an extra snack.) and Natsuki bakes Sayori some yummy treats in return for her kindness but not without saying that she was only doing it because she didn’t want to owe her anything.

Imagine being a supporting parent with a mother hen (Chicken) and mother duck hybrid. Just taking care of all of the baby chicks and ducks. Sometimes the children will play tricks and go with different mothers and you guys will be confused on why the hen has 2 duck kids and the duck will have 3 chicks. Teaching the baby ducks to swim and the chicks tug on your clothes as they all run around wanting to play hide and seek or tag. You, the hen, and the duck hybrid all have little picnics when the children are playing together.
