Noel Fielding Scribblings (x)
The second one is this 1919 portrait of writer Violet Trefusis by John Lavery. This one as well has stayed with me since the day I have seen it. I do not really know if it is for the eternal boldness of youth combined with that of the character herself, or for the fact that she has a strange modernity to her, but this is the portrait of a gorgeous woman which I am happy to share.
Thank you for your time, I hope this wasn’t too long! Your blog is really interesting!
Not too long at all! These are great, you’re knocking it out of the park today.

could you explain noel fielding's fashion sense to me because every time i see a picture of him i get really confused (love him though)
That’s a very complicated question, hahah… I’m not quite sure exactly how to explain it, to be honest.
I guess maybe a bit like an androgynous rock star
with Keith Richards hair circa 1972:
Actually now that I think of it a lot of his looks remind me of classic rock and roll people
like mick jagger
and david bowie
and adam ant
i’m sure there’s more
and sometimes he likes to look like a vampire (the Dracula kind)
and sometimes like a mouse cat
Don’t think about what can happen in a month. Don’t think about what can happen in a year. Just focus on the twenty-four hours in front of you and do what you can to get closer to where you want to be.
