haven’t done it in a while tbh but it did help make my abs more defined and 11 like

very easy to do often and enjoyable, i mostly just walk around my room and even that helped my wl sm n music helps making the walks longer
gym workouts, 8/10
whenever i went to the gym i would do strength training (lifting weights) and stairmaster + treadmill for cardio , i def see the fastest results with gym workouts but i find it hard to stay motivated with going which is why i prefer home ones (╥_╥)
dancing 10/10
i always loved dancing so it’s a fun workout that i can actually stay motivated in doing often, especially doing and learning kpop dances !! dancing for long also is rlly good at burning cals, it doesn’t have to be this video specifically, you could do any dances even nonkpop, (like just dance) but there’s a lot of good dances in it so i’m putting it here :)
