how to motivate yourself to restart your manifestation journey and really persist time after countless of tries over the years, where you always gave up and now feel a lack of energy to try once again? even though you still believe in the law and your heart still aches for your dream life. sorry if this is too dramatic, i'm going through it lol btw thanks for deciding to start this blog, i love your personality!

First of all, take a good break. Listen to music to unwind or simply do things that make you feel good. You actually don't need a break in order to get back on track, but it feels like you actually need some time for yourself SO RELAX AND CHILL BESTIE. PRIORTIZE YOURSELF.
I can understand how you feel now. Even I had gone through the same phase of doubting myself and the law and getting super-frustrated because I THOUGHT that I wasn't able to manifest anything.
What you need to do is:
GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER. LIKE REALLY.
Its alright if you feel pressurized or stressed right now, or if you feel like crying your heart out. ACTUALLY, YOU SHOULD DO THAT. LET OUT YOUR EMOTIONS. IT IS A FACT THAT YOUR EMOTIONS CAN'T AFFECT OR CHANGE YOUR MANIFESTATION. SO take some time off from tumblr and stuff and recharge yourself.
IF YOU ASSUME YOU'RE DOING SOMETHING WRONG, THEN YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO MANIFEST.
ASSUMING = THINKING = MANIFESTING
STOP THINKING YOU'RE DOING SOMETHING WRONG. STOP THINKING NOTHING IS HAPPENING IN YOUR FAVOR. STOP THINKING YOU'RE NOT GETTING YOUR RESULTS.

advice for anyone who's scared they're doing something wrong...you literally never are, also please stop caring about whether or not what your doing is wrong, if u had ur desire you wouldn't be think those thoughts, ur desire is urs already, how can you go wrong with getting something that is already yours?

I feel like the word "visualize" is commonly used in spells and exercises instead of "imagine," because it feels more authentic and like you're not just playing make-believe, but I've got this theory that it really isn't any better, and could actually be holding a lot of people back.
As we know, some people think more in words, and some people think more in images. Some people have a hard time visualizing, or straight up can't do it.
Personally, I think in some words and some images, but mostly in a big abstract cloud of ideas and feelings which I have to translate into images or words in order to communicate. It's easier for me to translate ideas into words than images. When I do think in images they kind of just happen without me consciously creating them. To make them on purpose is a lot harder.
So, when you tell me to visualize a protective bubble (to use a recently mentioned example), I can do it, but it's not super solid. However, if you tell me to imagine a protective bubble, I can feel it and know it's there. I can know what color it is without having to see it. This is a much stronger bubble than the one I visualized.
Since I decided to quit trying to visualize and start imagining, things have become a lot easier for me, and have felt more solid. I'm also spending less time being distracted by the effort of maintaining a visualization.
Again, this is a theory, and of course your mileage may vary, but if you're someone for whom imagining is not an entirely visual process, it might be worth giving it a try.

when you manifest, you shift to a reality where you have what you desired, but the things that you didnât want to change will remain the same!! you wonât go to another universe or place, as long as you donât manifest that
i have many people asking me âwill i stay in the same reality or will i shift to a different one?â and i know exactly what your query is. the only thing that will change about your current reality is what you manifested. you wonât go to a reality where you donât have your old friends, family etc (unless you revise those), youâll be in the same place but with your desires
since we shift all the time, we can change our beliefs and thatâs exactly why we manifest, to change our beliefs!! and if we werenât aware that we could shift everyday and change our old negative thoughts into new positive ones, then we wouldnât be able to manifest consciously
thatâs why we never get back to the old story when we want to change something about our reality; because weâre in a new reality everyday and what happened in our past doesnât matter and doesnât influence our future and present, unless we want to make it count
ladder experiment
hi! so this is from a hot second ago (i think maybe 2 weeks or so?) but i did Nevilleâs ladder experiment to prove manifestation to myself before i really âgot goingâ manifesting.Â
the gist of the experiment is, for people who donât know it: neville says to try manifesting climbing a ladder. at night, before you go to sleep, you imagine climbing a ladder in first person until you fall asleep. Neville says to do this for about a week. then, during the daytime, you tell yourself you will not climb a ladder and put, somewhere in your vision day-to-day âi will not climb a ladderâ so you donât consciously go looking for a ladder.Â
i did SATS once and wrote âi will not climb a ladderâ on my arm in eyeliner two times. 5 days later (without doing any more SATS because i completely forgot to), lo and behold: i climb a ladder. i even forgot about the fact i did it for a day and a half before i realized what i had manifested.Â
âsmallâ manifestations like this are fantastic for strengthening self concept and belief, and iâm genuinely proud of this.Â
note by daphne: I never tried this experiment but it reminds me of the things I have manifested. I often forget that I have manifested things just because Iâm not aware of them ^^

Travelling, exercise, movement, life planning, developing confidence, doing, taking action, using energy, assertiveness, boldness and courage, clear definitive goals, parties, enjoying life, days out, sensuality, passion projects, feeding on what you enjoy and desire, seeing your desires and dreams in action/real life to see if its really what you desire
